After all the hassle, I am satisfied with my sprinkler system and the price I paid. It was cheaper than what my home builder had offered. However, it just took about 7 weeks to get to this point!!!
They are extremely unorganized, busy, and short-​handed (especially since it’s the summer) so we did not get our sprinkler installed until about 4 weeks out. Meanwhile, I had to call them several times in order to receive the CAD drawing (they had my email address wrong even after I confirmed with them twice!). Also, they rescheduled my original appointment out another week because they double booked! They did not finish the job in 1 day like they originally stated because they forgot a part. They told me they were going to come out the next day, but they never did!, and instead came out the day after. NOT good if you have a job with normal hours! My bf realized they cut our soaker hoses too! They did not even have the decency to tell me themselves.
Afterwards, they are supposed to come out to make any necessary adjustments after the heads settle, so we called to set up an appointment. (One of our sprinkler heads was not installed correctly so it looked like a pee stream vs a spray.) They never showed up… Apparently, they were unaware of this appt!, so we scheduled it for the following week…
Oh, and FYI they NEVER call before they come even though I request it. So you really just have to sit around and wait. You can try calling the office if you are wondering where they are, but if you want an answer, they’ll take hours to call you back. Or sometimes you just won’t hear back until the next day.
At least in the end, I am happy with our sprinkler system. It does the job, and our grass looks nice. No problems yet and hopefully none to come.
Summary: if you are not in a rush and want to pay less, this is a good company. However, if you have a normal job and other things to do rather than just sit around, do not choose this company.

Michael Potter, the man who runs this company, is responsive, honest and fair. He doesn’t charge you for things that he can easily fix and when he does fix something, his prices are very reasonable.
