Established in 1986.

ton​sofrentals​.com began in 1986 in Brevard, NC as a small Property Management company. Our CEO and President, Kit Garren, has helped our team grow since then to become an established leader in this market. ton​sofrentals​.com is now located in Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC and this success is due to our consistent delivery of excellent and responsible services to our clients and customers.

Kit identified a niche market for Residential Property Management in 1986 around the Western NC area. He is the founder of ton​sofrentals​.com® as well as IPM-​Corporation. Kit is one of fewer than 300 individuals nationally to have been designated a Master Property Manager®. He also holds the Certified Property Manager® designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Along with attending continuing education courses, he also teaches them through out the nation annually. As a very hands on CEO, he has helped mold the company into what it is today; «The Area’s Largest Selection of Rental Homes Under One Roof».
