After working in the HVAC business for several years, Bob Cermignano decided to go into business for himself and thus founded Bob Cermignano Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. in 1980. Over 36 years later, the company has grown from having one employee and one truck on the road to having 13 Installation & Service Technicians, 5 Office Managers, 1 Sheet Metal Technician and 12 trucks on the road.
