History

Established in 1983.

Mr. Faigenbaum has been practicing law in the Philadelphia area for over 25 years. He is licensed to practice law in PA, NJ, and DC. He is a native Philadelphian, a graduate of Cheltenham High School, and a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association. Mr. Faigenbaum is also a PA licensed real estate broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Bernard Faigenbaum is the father of three children and is actively involved in numerous community and professional organizations including The American Technion Society (where he sits on the Board), the Brandeis University Alumni Admissions Council, Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program (providing legal assistance to those who cannot afford private counsel), and the Albert Einstein Hospital Auxiliary Program.

He is also an active member of the Family Law Section of the Montgomery County Family Law Section, a former Executive Committee member of the Philadelphia Family Law Section, and former Co-​Chair of the Adoption Committee of the Section. He has lectured on various topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Bar Association. Mr. Faigenbaum has been awarded an AV rating by the Martindale Hubbell Peer Review, representnig an «excellent» rating for his ethical standards and legal abililty. The Peer Review reflects the opinions of the Bar and the Judiciary.
