History

This is the second locate for the Hummus Restaurant, with the first located in University City. This location has been serving the community since November 2010.
Meet the Business Owner
Avi and Fabrice M.
Business Owner
Avi and Fabrice originally are both from Israel. Avi was a school teacher at Pereman with a passion for cooking. After her three children left for college she felt the urge to pursue her dream of owning a restaurant which reflected the popular food of her homeland Israel. Fabrice on the other hand, has been in the restaurant business for many year with his first Hummus Restaurant located in University City. A mutual friend introduced the two and now together they own Hummus Restaurant in Ardmore.
