My husband and I just left the dealership with a lovely Nissan Rogue. Our experience was great! Phil and Nick were very courteous, welcoming, knowledgable, fast and efficient. Everyone there, whether they were helping us or not, was professional and kind. The next time we’re in the market for a vehicle, we will certainly be coming back!

Infinity of Ardmore is probably the worse car dealer I ever dealt with
You would expect that a high end car dealer would act accordingly.
They quote prices and don’t live up to there quotes
I had a 30 yr relegation ship with Nissan, leasing a car every 2 to 3 yrs.

I came in this past Saturday and left with a beauiful Infiniti sedan. My sales person Jessica and finance manager Ryan were both very patient and helpful. This was definitely not a «pushy» car sales experience and they worked with me in every aspect. I also had my 2 year old with me and Jessica made us both feel very welcomed (my daughter chose to hold her hand instead of mine while looking at cars lol). I will definitely continue to do business with this dealership for my future cars.

I originally went down to the showroom looking for the parts department. They were very kind and helpful in giving me directions to the service/​parts building. While the parts department was unable to help me locate a part for an aftermarket piece all was not lost. On my way to my car I was stopped by Nick Maropis who knew I originally came in the showroom and wanted to know how I made out looking for my part. I told him I was having some difficulty locating the piece I needed and he ensured me they would be able to take care of the problem for me. I followed him back to the showroom and also met Rob Walsh. Both gentlemen were very kind and professional. As it turns out they were able to locate an extra of the aftermarket part I needed for my vehicle and I left with exactly what I needed. They went above and beyond the requirements of their job. I wasn’t in to buy a new car that day, in fact it was my first time at this dealership, but they still treated me like a lifelong customer. I will be going back when I am ready to trade in my vehicle and look forward to dealing with Infiniti of Ardmore again in the future. Thanks again!

This was an awesome experience with regards to purchasing a vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle we looking for had literally just been sold. I had not called to check it’s status so it was no big deal. Our salesman was Dan McCray, he was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Now, since the car we wanted was not there we originally were going to just look around and then leave. Dan asked me what features, color etc we were looking for and he would see if they had it or could get it. He then stated while the Leigh Timberman the General Manager was attempting to locate one, we could take a test drive in a vehicle to see if it were something we even still wanted to pursue. We took a nice test drive in a more basic model and my wife and I agreed that this is a vehicle we really liked. When we returned Leigh was still searching for a vehicle that matched our requirements. We simply wanted a 2015 Q70S with all of the available packages, tech, prem, sports, AWD, etc and was not Silver or grey. They Located one, that was a little ways away from our location but they were going to acquire it for me. We agreed on a price for my trades and for delivery of this vehicle all in record time. They even added a remote start upon my request prior to delivery. It took One week for it to arrive, be detailed and serviced with my request. This was great considering the car was about 350 miles away. The vehicle was even better than we had anticipated and was a quick and painless process when we arrived for delivery. We were finished in about an hour or so. Thank you Leigh for finding our vehicle and thank you Dan for keeping us in the loop as to what was going on with the vehicle during the week of the delivery and making this sale possible!!!

My wife and I recently bought a certified used Infiniti here and our experience couldn’t have been better. We bought from out-​of-​state and used my wife’s car as trade-​in. We began initial negotiations via phone with continually prompt responses and answers to our questions. We received eight hundred dollars over blue book for my wife’s car as trade-​in and ultimately got our certified used 2013 FX37 for several thousand less that blue book. Negotiations were fair and well within reason. Our salesman, Calvin, was absolutely professional and very personable. He and the General Manager, Nick, greeted us almost immediately for our scheduled appointment and the process moved along smoothly with no issues or pushing to buy anything extra. In all honesty, this has been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I would have to question any negative reviews and would easily do business here again.

Not sure why there are negative reviews about Infiniti of Ardmore… My wife and I have been buying new automobiles from these guys for over 10 years… We both have an infiniti…

Just bought a new Q50, was in and out in 45 minutes and got the best price in the area
and recieved the exact model and color I wanted with no bullshit…

This review is for the service center. The folks at the dealership have always been kind.
I drove my 2009 G37x in because the fuel gauge wasn’t displaying the correct amount of gas left in the tank. It would signal me for a refill but I only managed to pump about 13 gallons in. My research seemed to suggest that I might have a faulty sending unit. I explained to the associate who took my car in and she asked me to return in the evening after the technician could take a look at it.
I returned and was told the technician drove the car around and found no problem. I again explained that the problem definitely existed, but this time I got a snorty response that I needed to fill up gas in order to have gas in the tank. What?!
I then explained to her the vehicle was wired with a tracking device and that I had a map on my phone showing my car had been parked in your lot the entire day. No test drive ever happened. She got absolutely quiet and had nothing else to say.
I wasn’t charged for my visit.
I called the corporate office to complain about this. Absolutely unacceptable.
I drove to a nearby repair shop. The tech knew that this was a common problem with the car. He quickly took the back seat out in front of me and showed me how dirty the sending unit was. He cleaned it, and the gauge is now working correctly.

I purchased a vehicle here recently, Mr. Hines made this transaction easy, friendly and helpful with no pressure. I highly recommend this dealership, I also received an excellent warranty. Travelling in the city of Philadelphia, I notice plenty of Ardmore Infinity plates, more satisfied customers, thank you.

Great car, poor dealership in my opinion. There is very little follow up on issues and no one calls back or communicates via email. I purchased a certified previous owned car and found several issues, ranging from large scuffs in the paint to terrible detailing (filthy console area), missing manuals. Some things get corrected, others don’t. I have communicated dissatisfaction to the salesman, the sales manager and the general manager without a response from any of them.
I will not buy another car from them. They do not appear to appreciate your business.

We leased a QX60 from Infiniti of Ardmore last Fall. I asked the sales rep several times to get me a cargo net for the trunk and he never followed through on that. Apparently, this is not a standard item on a $ 47k vehicle. lol… and I asked the service dept several times if they would be willing to pick-​up my QX60 at my Malvern office for maintenance and again never heard back. I know they offer this to other customers, so not sure why they’re not interested in helping me… Then a few months later, I asked the sales dept to give me some advice on my lease options as I was over on miles. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I would not recommend this dealership as they seem to not care about their customers.

Horrible customer service. I was made to feel like the problem was with me and not the car. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of etiquette in the Service Department. They lack professionalism and common courtesy. The last time I was there, they were downright rude. Save yourself a hassle and go to Willow Grove, who was apparently voted best in the NE region for sales and service. I had a fabulous experience there and will never be going back to Ardmore

I recently bought a pre-​owned Lexus GX460 from Infiniti of Ardmore. I did enlist the help of a friend who is a professional car shopper — so all the negotiations were taken care of by him.
Essentially — I walked in the dealership, test drove the vehicle, and signed the papers.
Mike and Nick made it easy.
The day after I bought the car — I thought that it pulled a bit to one side, the brakes were weak, and the bumper was a little out of joint.
I expected they would blow me off.
Each time I called — they were aggressive about getting me in to have it looked at. Nick and Mike insisted that I be over the moon happy with the car and always had things ready for me and just easy.
The alignment was fixed. The brakes checked out ok. And the fender was fixed.
They even gave me a loaner car while the work was being done as they know I’m really busy.
I highly recommend.

Below is a copy of a letter that I sent to a salesman at I of A… As you can see from my earlier post, I have been trying to get my car fixed for months. Since the letter was sent, service called and offered to detail my car but a few days later called again to say they had no record of my service contract– and to find out who should be billed. This, despite my having bought the car and contract there! I told Jack (?), the 5^th person I’d explained this to and wondered aloud why notes haven’t been put in my file explaining that the co. they subcontracted to when I bought my car no longer services in Phila. or Bucks Co., where I live. I’m not asking for anything that I didn’t pay for and feel that there is a serious lapse in communication within their management team and service dept. He guaranteed that he’d call the subcontractor and get them to finish my service order to paint my scratches– days later, no follow-​up. I’m guessing he had the same luck that I did with them!
Hello Mike, My brother and I were out and test drove the Q70 on Monday. I think I explained that some work was being done to my Infiniti. I picked up the car today after being told that it was ready (by Andy) only to discover, after walking up to my noticeably dirty car– sitting near a tree, that the ding was removed but the paint had not been touched up because «the tech forgot the touch-​up paint.» I had explained to your financer and Manager Mike when I asked for an appointment that the paint touch-​up was my primary concern. (I purchased a touch-​up package when I bought the car) This is getting long-​winded but suffice it to say that I should have been told that this hadn’t been done before/​when I arrived– or while I waited for the paperwork. I had a good car-​buying experience at I of Ardmore but have to say that I will most likely relay this negative experience to my brother. Good service shouldn’t stop after you buy the car. Your service department has most likely costed you a sale to Holman:(
Your service dept. is killing you!

I went in one day knowing exactly what I wanted and Dan McCray and his manager tried to rob me. I test drove the new q50 and when I came back from the test drive, his manager gave me an estimate for leasing the car I just drove. The lease estimate was $ 1,500.00 more than the listed on their website and $ 100 more per month than the deal on their website (this is on top of my returning customers discount). They acted like they were doing me a favor and they have never responded to my phone calls when I asked them about it.
I would never trust them

I submitted an inquiry about a Certified Pre-​Owned Infiniti G37 last week. I was communicating with Zach to set up a test drive. I left a message later on Thursday evening that I would like to come in Friday morning. Perhaps he was gone for the evening and did not receive the message, but I never received a call back. I called again at 9:30am on Friday morning and got Zach’s voicemail. I called a third time, explaining to the operator that I needed to speak to someone from sales. The operator transferred me to another voicemail. I called for a fourth time and talked to Mick, who said he would check on the availability of the vehicle and call me right back. He called back and said to come on in and informed me that the car was still available. I got there shortly after, only for him to tell my mother and I that someone had put a deposit on the car either the night before or the morning of (1^st problem).
Mick looked through the inventory online and said there were similar cars I could see. He said we would take a ride over to see the car. I assumed this meant to the storage lot that was «a minute away», the lot Zach spoke of in a previous conversation. About 10 minutes into the ride, my mom comments that this storage lot was far from the dealership. This is when Mick took the opportunity to tell us that we were actually going to a sister dealership, in WEST CHESTER– 18 miles from Ardmore (2^nd problem). Now my mom and I thought 90 minutes would be ample time to test drive a car (not exactly, when we have to drive 35 minutes each way to another dealership). We decided to keep going and at least see the car.
Five minutes later, Mick said we were running out of gas (3^rd problem). Needless to say, we never made it to West Chester.
After spending the morning in an Infiniti FX, my mother, who initially was not interested in buying an Infiniti, showed interest in purchasing a CPO FX. This should demonstrate to you what good customers we WOULD have been. Upon returning to Ardmore, we had our cars appraised, a process that Mick said would take ten minutes. We sat at his desk after giving our information, where we were greeted by John. John said he had to call the used car lot so he wouldn’t have numbers for us until Monday (4^th problem).
I left my email address with Mick and said as soon as you have it, send me all the information regarding cars that fit our needs and the appraisal for our cars.
My mom and I walked out the door, only to see a 2010 G37 with low mileage SITTING IN YOUR LOT. Now, why would Mick not show us this car or, any car on your lot for that reason? (5^th problem)
It is Monday morning, and I have not heard from anyone at Ardmore Infiniti (6^th problem).
We will take our business elsewhere. Thank you for nothing but wasted time and aggravation.

I went to Ardmore Infiniti to purchase a used FX35, the vehicle was beautiful my wife wanted it so that meant for me to get it… I was quoted a price that seemed to high so we walked. I did some research saw that the car was about $ 3000.00 overpriced so I called the salesman (Howard) told him what I found he said he would get back to me and he never did. I found another FX in a different color at a price that was reasonable so we purchased it, I looked on the Ardmore Infiniti website just out of curiousity here they dropped the price below the amount that I offered to Howard, I was very upset because Ardmore had the color vehicle that my wife wanted. After espressing my feeling to my wife she calmed me down by saying that she was happy we didn’t give our money to Ardmore Infiniti after all.

Looking for an awesome customer service experience. Then visit Infiniti of Ardmore. The manager, Peter Markakos, and the sales consultant, Ella Livova, made a deal for my family and I that we couldn’t resist. Mike Lewis, another sales consultant, stepped in to assist when things got a little busy. He dealt with us as if we were his customers The three of them worked well together as a team. They were all knowledgable about the product, patient as we went back and forth, and more importantly professional at all times (with a smile and some humor). They see a ton of people that come in and out their doors but made my family and I really feel like we were the only people that mattered. The deal took a while as we had some reservations about cost but in the end we left with a new car and felt good about the decision. Peter and Ella deserve a standing ovation on their customer service skills. If we stayed a little longer I’m sure he would have offered us a place to stay! That’s how good they made us feel as customers. We will definitely be back!!!
