Mr. J’s Sandwich Bar

The food tastes great. Communicating with the girl on the phone was like trying to teach calculus to a first grader. Customer service is definitely something they need to work on. I was told when calling that I had no option but to pay for a side (which I insisted I did not want). Mr. J’s is a sandwich shop with no salad on the menu, let that sink in… They have potato salad, pasta salad, and a weird ass berry salad, but nothing that actually consists of lettuce/​tomato/​carrots etc. The chairs inside the actual restaurant, are as uncomfortable to sit in as I ever imagined a chair could be. The chairs appear to be homemade, but not in the «rustic, charming, and carefully crafted» kind of way that people tend to appreciate. I got a splinter in my hand from the one I pulled out to sit in, and it wobbled underneath me the entire time i was eating. Once again the food tastes great, but the selection, and actual experience of eating/​ordering from there is near torture…
