This store looks small from the outside, but has an amazingly large selection of hardware items. The best part is that you can just walk in, ask the staff for an item, and they will go get it for you. So much better than Home Depot, where you are lucky to find a someone to help you, and the answer is usually «uh, try aisle 9.»

If you are looking for an old time feel for hardware this is the place. It caters to the people of the village and has just about everything you’d want in a small space. Ten times better than a «Big Box» on easy access and finding help, the only negative is if you are a women the automatic take by the staff is that you are an idiot. They are quick to correct you on what you don’t know and heaven forbid if you use the wrong term because of you lack of knowledge in hardware lingo. My only suggestion would be for Joe Z. and staff is to educate your patrons don’t belittle them.

Joe Z is the bomb if your looking for that home town feel, well this is the place. knowledgable staff and all the hardware one could want.
