Established in 2000.

I bought the company 12 years ago and named it Miss Oleary’s fire truck tours after the the legend of the cow that kicked over the lantern that started the Great Chicago Fire.

I love olearys Fire tours! Brady the fire dog is my favorite part! Such an interesting view traveling through Chicago in a fire truck! the captain even turns on the sirens and honk the horn. Amazing time for kids and adults! Definitely a must!

What a wonderful tour. Captain George Rabiela tells the story of the city of Chicago that makes you realize how beautiful a city Chicago is. My four year old loved Brady the fire dog. This tour is for people of all ages. Check out the pics!

The fire truck totally made my son’s party! On just a few days’ notice, Captain George and his fire dog Brady came out to my son’s 2nd birthday party in the burbs. All the kids — and the adults! — had so much fun going for a ride on the beautiful vintage fire truck, complete with roaring sirens, flashing lights and a bell for the birthday boy to ring (and ring and ring). Captain George drove us all to a local ice cream spot where we had milkshakes waiting for all while the kids took turns taking photos with some props and Brady the Dalmatian in front of the fire truck. Captain George was fantastic — very friendly, very fun, very knowledgeable. Everyone had a fantastic time. I thought his pricing was very reasonable too! Do not hesitate to call O’Leary’s for your next party or city tour!

We took a group on the tour during a Convention. What a riot — we all had the best time! Fun & informative tour with lots of unique perks: both guides were actual firemen, the antique firetruck, and the dalmatian (being trained as a service dog). Can’t believe how Captain George could drive and talk at the same time, but he gave a great tour as we went through the busy city streets.

Captain George, is quite a character and gives the best tours of the Chicago area. You won’t find another like it… riding around Chicago in a restored and refurbished for tours, fire truck is the way to do it! Capt. George is a retired Chicago Fire Captain and has a different view of Chicago than you will get on any other tour.
