Home Retention where homeowners have difficulty in meeting their mortgage obligations due to a hardship. Many homeowners that have lost their job or have experienced large medical bills or have any one of thirteen reasons that they are unable to meet their mortgage obligation can benefit from my services.

History

Established in 2013.

After working for 22 years for a financial services company in data processing, the company downsized and move out of the area.

Obtained real estate license and within a short time my broker license. Worked for a franchised real estate company for 4 years and decided that I would open my own brokerage and serve the community as a smaller entity.

Have worked with a variety of clients from distressed homeowners to large farms. Have obtained various certifications to become the best and most educated realtor that I could be.

Brought the technology that I had worked in for 22 years and adapted it to the real estate business. Using it for research, education, the ‘cloud’ technology and the ease of communicating with the client, using online faxing, etc.

My mission is to be the best at my craft, the technologically adapt realtor and to make the process of buying or selling a home the easiest that it can be for my clients.

Business Owner

After learning the business from my local national franchise office, I decided to open my own real estate business under the name of Heartland Realty, LLC.

I know that real estate is local and I have the expertise in the local market to help my clients buy and sell their homes. The franchises advertise on the national level, but the actual business is local. Therefore, I do not advertise outside of the local and regional market. I serve my clients in the same way that I served them under the franchise label.

Because we have to keep up on education to keep our license, I am active in the Certified Residential Specialist educational programs and any educational opportunities that are offered through our Indiana Realtors Association. These are the same opportunities offered for all agents.

Regarding the CRS designation, only 3% of all agents hold this designation. It is of the highest standards in working the real estate market. Ask your real estate agent if he/​she is a CRS.
