I’ve now had Terry Johnson of 4 J’s out to my house on two different occasions and both times were stellar and his price was fair and reasonable.
Here’s what distinguishes Terry Johnson — he troubleshoots problems so quick he saves you money on the time spent fixing.
The first time I had a leaking sink in the bathroom but I wanted quotes for a number of other things around the house. I called three plumbers. Two came out and hemmed and hawwed and I don’t know. Terry comes out gets right down on the floor and identifies that the vanity sink was not bolted down! Fixed on the spot and No more leak.
I just had him out for a second bigger problem. My main shower head didn’t work and the second shower had no hot water. He found that the on demand hot water heater screen hadn’t been cleaned in forever and there was sandy sediment gunking up the works. He fixed the first bathroom and identified the bad valve on the second bathroom and made an adjustment to the kitchen sink faucet all in an hour! He put me on the schedule for another visit to finish the fix on the second bathroom.
I joined a bunch of the local groups here in Delaware County to get to meet people and network. Almost universally in a gaggle of women I ask who they use for plumbing and they all say Terry Johnson. Well now me too!
