The worst place out there to get a loan!
The customer service is really bad starting from the «District Manager «(Ginger) and all the employees as well.
They make you wait on line for long. They don’t try to help the community when they need it.
They don’t apologize for the wait, they take long for little things like: Take a payment, re-​loan, pay a loan, etc.
They take long to answer the phone and they don’t even sound professional because they are not professional.
District manager calls employees DUDE when they are with a customer, employees walk away and let you wait at the counter so they can drink water.
They close for lunch which is so inconvenient.
Once you walk in they don’t even make you feel welcomed.
All I have to say is don’t go to this place, I can tell you because of my experience there.

Very great service helpful employees and they are quick loved going to this check n go made me feel very welcomed
