The owners, Aleksey and Alan, refuse to pay their bills to other limousine services who performed work for them. Will not answer any phone lines or respond to emails. Beware of their shady practices!

These guys were simply great. From the moment we got picked up to the end of the night the service was outstanding. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the city’s hot spots and really took care of us during the night.

Terrible Awful. Beware. Not sure how this company is even in business. Same story for me. Booked an early town car pick up to the airport and the car never showed. I called several times and all I got was voicemail. Had to call a cab at the last minute and I missed my flight. I left several vm messages and an email and no response. I had a Living Social Voucher and will definitely be calling to get a refund. Unless you enjoy being stranded and missing flights, I advise you to take this company off of your list!

I booked a limo for a night out on town, it was excellent! We really enjoyed our driver and the car was in top shape. Thank you!

The worst. Can’t describe in words how dishonest, unreliable, and unresponsive this company is. They should be investigated. Worst experience with a limo company ever. They cost me $ 300+ dollars in parking fees at ohare as they lied and said they were on the way and never showed up. STAY CLEAR.

I absolutely concur with the earlier review. I had a confirmed pickup at O’Hare through Living Social, and when I called from the airport I got voicemail multiple times. I had to take a cab home. I left my phone number, but they never called back. I just received an email copy of their invoice to Living Social (who by the way is refunding my money) and when I called A & A and told them who I am, they hung up on me.

I want to warn you all NOT to use this company.
I had scheduled them to pick my husband and i up very early one Sunday morning to go to the airport for us to leave on our honeymoon. They failed to come get us at the scheduled time — i called them, someone answered, they said they would contact the driver — they never called me back. i tried MULTIPLE times to call them back and mysteriously NO ONE answered the phone. I left messages, I emailed them, and no one responded. I finally heard back from the owner of the company, Aleksey Mechetner, he apologized for the mix up, but then when i asked him to call me he never did. i called and emailed him multiple times and he never responded. very disappointing company as well as a very unprofessional owner who doesn’t respond to calls and emails.
