Not very polite management, not willing to resolve issues in a orderly fashion. They originally told me that there will be no issues when I dropped off the car and that their insurance will cover the flat tire damage. Instead of calling me first and explaining what the issue was they went directly to the insurance and made erroneous claims.

Great guys and awesome service. I was ripped off at the dealer and paid half the price for the same work and parts. They are honest and honorable and didn’t treat me like a stupid girl who doesn’t know about cars. Thank you so much David at Casey Automotives!

Tried them twice. Not very eager to solve problems. The solutions proposed are in suspect of increasing revenue, rather than solving a problem.

Good for oil changes but a bit pricey on tires and some other services. The guy at the desk gave me the impression of being a bit «shady» when he quoted me a price on a new tire and a used tire for my car when I had a slow leak in the right front passenger side tire. I felt as if he was trying to get over on me.
Went some place different and got a good used tire for $ 30.00, including installation.

Casey’s did a great job replacing an engine in my Mini Cooper. Mike was my main contact and he was great letting me know everything that was being done on the car. They were less expensive than the other mechanics that looked at my car and they also followed up with me a month or so later just to see how everything was going on the car. Highly recommend them.

They quoted a repair for $ 1,650 and I almost had a heart attack. Called few places and stopped by shop near my place and they fixed whole thing for $ 158. Enough said…

Fantastic, they solved a complex electrical issue with professionalism and seemly put in way more hours then what I paid for to get it right. I intend to take my car there for any issues in the future and possibly oil changes.

The honest mechanic. If you can find one, hang on to them! The folks at Casey Auto fall into that category. I had new tires put on 6 mo ago and received a free alignment. They also quoted me for some other work and having repaired enough cars, their prices are very reasonable.
Today, I had a slow leak in my tire and they repaired it for free because I bought the tire there. They’ve earned my business on all my cars moving forward.
My only advice, get here early. There is usually a line out the door in the morning which speaks volumes of their customer loyalty.

Casey’s is the Trifecta of Automotive shops; they are Knowledgeable, Friendly and Reasonably priced. I was referred to Casey Automotive by my good friend Tim D. (I noticed that he reviewed them as well). The technicians take the time to patiently walk you through the potential repairs and prioritize what should to be done, what can wait and what is unnecessary. I recently purchased a classic car that needed an upgraded suspension system, new transmission and a laundry list of other random things, and they were able to do them all correctly the first time. I have tried several other shops with disappointing results (not done right, bad attitude, paid more for them to figure things out, etc.). Another major difference is the atmosphere, you can tell that people have been going there for years, everything from oil changes to repairs on work vehicles. I would like to personally thank Mike, Coco and Gabe… they have always made themselves available to discuss the progress of my project. Casey’s has earned my business for all our cars needs and I will recommend to them to my friends and family. Keep up the great work!

Service was great! I needed to get my breaks for (my SCION TC 08) looked at since they felt so low. Paul and Mike accomodated this for me and I didn’t even know that my calipers were also frozen so I had to get that fixed too. They serviced this for me at a very reasonable price and as soon as I drove my car, I could definately tell the difference. Thank you lifesavers! I will for sure come back

CUSTOMER SERVICE !! And they seem to always try to SAVE me money. They look out for me and I’ve never felt that they charge me too much. Paul, Rick and Mike are great technicians and great PEOPLE. They treat you like family and I would highly recommend them to service any type, year, make of vehicle. I could go on for hours, explaining how fantastic this shop is. I had a vacation with my boy to go off roading and I had an accident 2 days before my trip. I had major damage and they had it ready in time for me to have some great memories with my son. Avoid this place. They had a coupon for oil change and when I tried to use it they would not honor it. They tried to up sell a synthetic oil and quoted a price 10.00 over the coupon rate. They also told me my car required a synthetic expensive oil rather that regular oil. This was false as the owner manual for the car shows it could be used but was not required as the service man insisted. Also they were not friendly and the service person had a bad attitude. I went elsewhere and go the change done for ½ the price

Great place to take your car. I have been going to Casey for 10 plus years for both my cars.
They have a really great price on oil changes. They put on 4 new tires a few months ago. I had a slow leak in my front left tire. I called them, they said bring it in. They had me in and out in 15 min. No charge to repair.
Honest, Reliable and family owned. Thank you for all your great service.

Cheapest oil change EVER! They have a constant special that brings down their oil change pricing to $ 15!!! with tax it’s $ 17 out the door! The guys there seem to know they’re stuff, the only down side is that everyone loves them so there’s typically a long wait.
