Needing a tow is not high on anyone’s list of how to spend their time and money BUT if you are in that situation, this is the company you want to use. Put their contact details in your phone and hope you don’t need them but if you do you can expect them to be on time, polite, professional and very careful with your car. Todd is the man!

Before you call anyone else — call Elite Towing & Hauling!!! I called several places that wanted a lot more money to tow me a few miles away to my auto repair guy. Todd not only quoted a price that was lower than all the others I’d called, he told me it was lower still once he arrived and had worked out the mileage. He didn’t have to do that and we all know most people these days WOULDN’T do that, which is sad.
Todd is not only honest, he was quick to respond to my call, quick to get here and quick to get the car hooked up. But the best part of all is that he has a flatbed he gently pulls your car onto. Anyone who has seen their car hoisted up by those other towing companies, and dragged off like some sick animal, knows how much better the flatbed is.
I would give Elite TEN stars, if I could! Thank you, Todd!!!

Todd to the rescue… Again. Unfortunately, we had car problems again. Our car’s battery was completely fried and we needed a tow to a car place to help fix it. Todd is absolutely incredible. I will never use another tow company as long as I live in the area! Within literally 10 minutes of calling him (luckily he was in the area) he came and picked up the car. His service is not only flawless, but he actually cares about his customers! He’s SO nice and unbelievably quick… Not to mention how low his prices are in comparison to everywhere else I have contacted/​used in the past. Thanks again, Todd! As I said last time, hope I don’t need car help again but if I do– you’re my guy!

I used Elite towing today, the second of the Polar-​cold days in the Chi. Todd was great. He managed to get my car quickly on a day where I was on hold with Hyundai’s Roadside Assistance for over 90 minutes and never got anyone to answer. He picked up my car at my office and was very helpful. He listened to what the symptoms were and listened as I tried to start my car. He diagnosed the general thing that I was thinking (starter related) and took down notes to relay to the dealership. He promptly loaded my car onto the flatbed and I learned a couple of things as he went. PRICE WAS BELOW HIS ESTIMATE, which was nice. I understand it may not always be that way, but it was in the ballpark of the quick quote that I got when I called.
All in all, a very nice experience to make up for the pain of not having a working car.

Had Todd haul my 59 Caddy to its new garage. (This is the longest production car made and not easy to get on or off a flatbed.) His service is great. He knows what he is doing. He is a friendly, personable, honest businessman who aims to please.
His charges are also very reasonable.
I will now use him for all classic (and regular) car towing.
I highly recommend him.

I used Elite Towing service today (tried to jump start my car with no luck!). I sourced Unilocal to look for a local one and picked Elite Towing based on comments made by his past clients. He was very professional, considerate, fair, and friendly as other Unilocal reviewers had noted. Todd came to pick it up shortly after our call (this is Sunday, by the way!), loaded it carefully, quoted a fair price, and called back later to confirm he had delivered the car to the shop. Good experience and good guy all around. Now I have his number in my contact list in case!

My husband used Todd’s towing service today to have our car towed. He raved about how great Todd was. He was professional, friendly, and most importantly customer focused! Todd was extremely flexible in how we arranged our service and even dropped my husband off at our hotel after towing the car. There aren’t too many people who remember that their customer is in some crisis or has some problem when they are providing their services. Todd just gets it. Really recommend.

I was having one of those days where nothing seemed to go right. My car broke down on the Kennedy out past Arlington Heights. We had the highway towing company tow us to a Pep Boys nearby for $ 200 and they couldn’t fix the problem. So I found Todd on Unilocal and had him tow me all the way back to the city to my personal mechanic. He did it for HALF THE PRICE! He was friendly and laid back, but totally professional. He’s like a helpful neighbor and very UNLIKE the typical overweight dirty cocky tow truck driver. Plus he’s well versed at towing antique and classic cars!

I’ve lived in this world long enough to expect the worst kind of service no matter who I’m calling and my hopes weren’t very high when I called to get my car towed at 10PM. However, Todd was outstanding. He told me he’d be there in thirty minutes and he was there in twenty! Great price and great service. Of course I hope I never have to call him again but if the situation arises I’ll dial the phone with a lot less dread next time. Thanks Todd!

So you know if you’re calling a towing company, it’s already not a great day. Regardless! When I saw Todd pull up with his massive tow truck, I was relieved seeing my little bambino’s savior had arrived. Without going into the gruesome details of what happened, Todd was able to reign her in without jeopardizing her condition further. Trust me, any further jostling or mishandle-​ment could have led to tragedy. I was truly lucky (or «blessed» for the religious folk out there).
He gladly drove us on over a couple towns south west — about a 15 minute ride. Normally I am leery about the conversations that can be had with this sorted crew, but I was real happy to be sitting alongside Todd. He told me a little about his starting this business not too long ago and then gave me some advice on my car. Super friendly and super comforting. A damsel in distress no more!
Hopefully, I will not need a towing anytime soon, but in the event any of you do, Todd’s the man.
