This review is long overdue. We had Gary come out and tune our upright piano back in February. Had to do a double tuning as it has been about 20 years since it was last tuned. Piano now sounds fabulous! He is punctual, completed the job within a couple of hours, super friendly, and most importantly, well priced. I would highly recommend him to everyone! Thanks Gary, we will definitely use you in the future!

Our previous piano tuner took over the business from his father-​in-​law. He really didn’t put a lot of effort into his work and it showed. Besides having problems with the tuning, he’d tell us that he couldn’t fix a dead key because he couldn’t do that particular work, and that it was a huge job and would cost lots of money etc. Granted, we didn’t do the ideal tuning every six months that you should do to keep it up.
I discovered Gary’s service while I was Christmas shopping at Sam Ash for my daughters. They had his business cards sitting on the counter, and I noticed that it read «Piano Tuning & Repair» which I thought was ideal. I asked the salesman there and he said that everyone liked Gary’s work, and he came highly recommended. The first time he came over he not only expertly tuned the piano, but also fixed two bad keys on the spot for a reasonable charge. That was about 5 years ago and he has done our tuning and service ever since.
Once you meet him you will instantly know that a) he is professional — easy to schedule and always on time, b) he is extremely knowledgeable and exudes confidence c) he is honest and he’s not just looking to make a fast buck off of you. My daughter, who plays it, is absolutely thrilled at what he has done with her piano.
