Man I was having some terrible shoulder pain and someone told me to see a chiropractor and I wasn’t sure about that. I did a quick Google search and typed in chiropractor shoulder pain and Dr Cress popped up I was seeing another chiropractor for my back and I asked him if he could help with my shoulder and he said no he could refer me to a pain specialist but I didn’t want to do that I asked him about Dr Cress and he said that he knew him and thought he was a functional chiropractor and not a chiropractor not sure what that meant I looked around he had wonderful reviews about shoulder more than others so I figured why not before Dr. Cress I could barely put on a shirt sleep or do yard work without my shoulder given me the worse pain Dr Cress said I was close to having frozen shoulder and a second opinion with a pain specialist or orthopedics would be warranted before treatment I asked if he could still treat without a second opinion. He agreed to start with minimal treatment of cupping kind of like massage but does not feels good art and acupuncture I asked about an adjustment and he said no. I thought that was weird since all chiropractors adjust I thought he explained that you do not always need to get adjusted and said he himself only gets them once a month or so 5 treatments of acupuncture and art later I could move my shoulder 90%better and I could even sleep on my shoulder that is when I knew it was all working I saw Dr Cress for maybe 8₉ visits total and in that time my shoulder pain went away and I had almost full range of motion I could put on my shirt and sleep which was what I needed the most. Nice and funny you can always expect a laugh with Dr Cress if you email him you can always expect a response within a hour. Luckily I haven’t had to go back but if I get anymore aches he is the first person I’m calling go see him and u can thank me later…
