Never again. The guy who works there was incredibly condescending. There are never any customers inside yet I’m always waiting to be helped. None of the groomsmens pants fit, the running joke at the wedding was that we looked like MC hammer. Nobody could get theirs refitted in time, the employees there must not know how to measure. The return process was very annoying and argued with me on everything. I pulled out the terms and conditions just to finally prove him wrong.

Had a pretty good experience. Walked in with my wife looking for suits. The lady at the counter promptly greeted us and began helping figure out what we were looking for. Took my measurements and showed us options. Picked 3 and got the tailor, who made some recommendations better suited to me. Got everything I was looking for in 4 suits. Went in the next day and purchased 4 shirts and 2 belts. It has been a long time since I purchased suits. My current suits were in dire need of replacement. Pretty happy with the experience and service from Fizzah and Madeline.

Jos A Banks is AWFUL. The stores are dirty and the clothes are cheap. To say that their tuxedo rental service is sub par would be extremely generous. My groomsmen and I rented tuxedos from multiple Jos A Banks locations(Arlington Heights primarily) for my wedding last month and I could not be more unhappy with the entire ordeal. The tuxes were supplied by a third party vendor(Jim’s Formal Wear) and were heavily worn. The shoes were scratched and dirty. The shirt was the thickness of single ply toilet paper and had fake french cuff sleeves. Not only were the tuxedos of a very poor quality, but they were sized completely wrong and with the exception of one groomsman every tux needed to be sent back just 2 days before the wedding. Ultimately, I had to purchase my own bow tie and tuxedo shirt from Nordstroms because Jos A Banks was unable to provide an acceptable solution. Please learn from my mistake. This business is failing for a reason.

My experience could had been better for me and could had been a lot better for my friend who returned my items for me. I saw an online sale and thought they are having good deals. The lady steered me to there clearance isle. I need to wear slim styled clothes, this anyone can see. The lady focused on neck and arm size and ignored the body. I purchased 4 of her suggestions and one of mine. The shirts the clerk picked out swamped me. Seriously, the shirts sold to me could fit 3 of me. My friend returned the shirts to me and immediately called me to complain of the clerk working giving her attitude because apparently, «at Jos A Bank you do not return clothes». Unfortunate that there behavior was unbecoming but, I will give hem a second chance. Sometimes you have to read the cover twice to get a true reading. Clothing: Shirts returned were way too large. Shirt I picked out is now my favorite. Feels and fits great. 4⁄5 Service: Day of 3⁄5; the lady spent a but of time with me to find shirts in my neck/arm size but I asked if they were slimmer fitting as that is what I needed and she said yes. I think she was trying to move product and not invest in a potential long term client. Overall: Suits and shirts are of top quality. As a clothing company I would give them 4⁄5 but for this particular location 3⁄5 is generous as customer service is what it is all about you.
