I ordered a pizza for delivery, and was told by the less than friendly girl on the phone that it would arrive within the hour. An hour and a half later, it still hadn’t arrived. I’m thinking, maybe the delivery person got lost so I called. I was put on hold before I could ask where my food was, and when my call was finally answered the girl said «it’s on it’s way, should be there any second.» And then she hung up on me. 15 min later my pizza arrived, cold.
