The pharmacy delivers consistently terrible service. Not sure who is responsible for the hiring process. Perhaps it’s nepotism? Do yourself a favor and drive over to Rolling Meadows.

Store itself is clean and well-​organized. However, the pharmacy has really gone downhill in the last year or so. Refills are messed up or delayed without any notification. Customer service at the counter is slow and generally average at best. My wife and I are both fed up with the quality and service here. Hope they can improve soon, but we’re going to find another place to fill prescriptions.

I have to agree with Dave on this one. Their pharmacy is TERRIBLE and I will be switching to a new company altogether because of it no matter how «convenient.» The last 3 visits that I have used the drive-​up the women were rude and talked down to me for no apparent reason. From their lack of greeting to crassly asking questions as if you’re inconveniencing them I cannot understand why my prescription pickup experience seems like a trip to the DMV lately. The last time I specifically told the pharm tech that I will be filling out the survey at the bottom of the receipt because of the horrible experience (which she then completely changed her attitude towards me).
I do have to say there used to be a young gentleman there that was always polite, thorough and efficient but I do not see him anymore. I think their customer service skills left with him.

Told the tech I was in a hurry and he said ‚“no problem «I patiently waited 45 minutes. There were no other customers and 45 minutes later he said they didn’t have the medicine. He also never gave back my insurance card. Horrible Customer service. Clearly my time is not valuable. I always have a bad experience at this location. Clients aren’t the priority.

Needed some pictures printed quickly and took them to this Walgreens. They could have had them done in an hour, but I said I would pick them up at 10:00 a.m. the next day. At 10:30 I received a call saying there was a problem. I informed them that they were for a memorial service and they said they’d be done by noon. At 2:00 I went to pick them up and they not only were not done, but the machine was broken and they couldn’t retrieve the pictures or send them to another store. My problem is that they knew they were for a memorial service and never called back to say that I should go somewhere else.
