Beware of people at Angel of the winds gas station there are black man taking advantage of all people that drive it high end cars they try and sell them jewelry that is fake. My dad was taking advantage of one of these men and I tried to see if the ring was real and it is not so therefore please beware do not give your money to crack heads. I wish my dad didn’t have such a big heart and believed in paying it forward because then he wouldn’t have been taken advantage of by a useless drug addict.

Don’t waste your money! Horrible staff and customer service. My husband and I stayed here after attending a wedding last weekend. This was our first night away from our kids in years and we were beyond excited. We used valet, checked in, all was well. I went to bed around 10 and awoke about an hour later to yelling and screaming. I thought someone was fighting in the hall so I opened my door to discover the fight was in the room directly next to me. It escalated quickly to a woman screaming for help at the top of her lungs and a man yelling ‘I will f*cking kill you’ repeatedly. I could hear punches being thrown and whomever crashing into the walls and furniture. I was pretty terrified so I immediately called 911. While I was waiting for the police to arrive front desk/security showed up and was talking to me in the hall and asked me about what had been going on. I stood there wth them for about 20 minutes while the police handled everything. After that I went back to sleep because I was not feeling well and coming down with a fever. When I awoke again at 2 I felt awful and was in enough pain to warrant a trip to the ER. My husband decided to find a store and get me something to bring my fever down. When he went to get my car from valet the attended literally said that the only person left to retrieve the car was getting ready to leave. My husband said he needed his car immediately because his wife was very sick and they had a very rude side conversation complete with attitude and dirty looks. When my husband asked if there was a problem the woman said that hotel guest cars are in a different area and the attendant was about to leave. He basically had to demand our car. Then they made him wait 20 minutes. I understand incidences happen between people who have been drinking too much fights can happen anyway but what gets me is that the hotel staff knew I had called 911 and stood there talking me asking for details and even asked to use the phone in my room at one point. At no time during my stay after that was there follow up to apologize for the disturbance and ask if I was ok. This was not just an argument. The cop walked into the room and immediately started talking about how everyone was covered in blood and the room had been destroyed. No one mentioned anything at check out and when we received the standard ‘how was your stay?’ Auto generated email via the management, my husband voiced his grievances and we have not heard anything back. This hotel lacks any concern for comfort and accommodations for their guests. Seriously disappointed and I had such high hopes.

I’m almost tempted to give my first ever 5 stars, but nah, I simply can’t forgive myself, but I digress. Why the favourable rating? If you present your Players Card, you get 7 cents off per gallon! What a smoking deal. And open 24 hours too. 4 pumps, and the exterior actually matches the casino, I almost missed it just from leaving the parking lot.
