I can’t comment on the quality of the doctors because I never got to see one. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Landry for 1:30, was told to arrive at 1pm to fill out forms.(Most places request you come 15 minutes in advance, 30 is a bit excessive, but whatever.) I arrived at the address my insurance had for the clinic at 12:58pm and soon discovered this address was not correct.(They did NOT give me their address when I made the appointment, so I had no reason to think CIGNA’s address would be wrong). I immediately called the doctors to find out the correct address and was put on hold. After about eight minutes of waiting on hold I hung up and tried again. This time someone asked how they can assist. I explained what happened, they told me the correct address(just a couple blocks away!) and asked me to hold. I began driving to the other office. The lady came back on line and said they would have to reschedule me because they were heavily booked and there is no way they could fit me in. At this point it was 1:10pm and I was right up the street… again, my appointment was for 1:30pm. I said that I would have no trouble filling out forms in time to meet my original appointment time, and I was given a rigamarole about«this is office policy, it’s not just for you, it’s for everyone» and again she said they were so heavily booked there was no way to fit me in and she could either reschedule me to see a different doctor the next day or a couple weeks for the one I’d originally made the appointment for. No apology for the confusion or even an indication they would call CIGNA to clear up the problem with their address. No flexibility at all. I told her never mind, I would find a different doctor. I have no desire to patronize a business that overbooks their patients so heavily that arriving FIFTEENTOTWENTYMINUTESBEFOREMYSCHEDULEDAPPOINTMENT is insufficient for them to honor it. They clearly have no problem wasting their patients’ time, so I will take my sad foot and my money elsewhere. They could have had me fill out forms online or in advance like most 21st century Dr’s offices allow you to do, in which case there wouldn’t have been a full half-hours’ worth of groundwork necessary to keep an appointment anyway(during business hours, where most people will have to take time off work). It shows a lack of respect for the clients. I would have been totally understanding if I had actually been late for my appointment. That would have merited rescheduling. But I would still have been 15 – 20 minutes early, and earlier still had they not originally put me on hold for ~8 minutes when I called at 1pm. Other reviewers indicate Dr Landry is great, but I’ll never know. I’ll just keep limping on this foot til next week when I can see another doctor.

The office is so beautiful! Check-in was easy, but of course as a new patient there are always a ton of forms. I think I had three and two of them were double-sided. I was called back fairly quickly. My appointment was with Dr. John Landry and he is/was amazing! He love military and his dad was a WWII vet, but I digress. Once I was in the room, my blood pressure was taken and I was even asked if I wanted water. FYI, the water is not bottled. Anyway, the doctor came in full of energy and he makes you feel so comfortable. Great bedside manners. I would recommend him to anyone! I paid for the meds at the check-out counter and my follow-up was given at that time as well. They sell nail polish at the counter that is to prevent fungus and discolorations and it was created by doctors!
