If I could give 0 stars I would. I had called to inquire about scrubs in the clearance area so I wouldn’t have to make a trip to the Medical Supply store. When I called, it was a girl (you could tell it was a teenage girl) who answered and was not professional and very unhelpful. I asked if she could check if there were XS or Small sizes that matched currently in the clearance section, but you could tell that she was trying to get off the phone and clearly didn’t even bother to check since she said it was whatever they had in stock. Yeah, of course that’s how it’s going to be. I asked if there were plenty of those sizes, but she didn’t even bother looking. As I thanked her right before hanging up she responded with, «of course». CLICK. How about a «it might be easier that you come in person. I apologize I couldn’t be of further help but I do appreciate your call. Thank you for calling. We hope to see you soon». I’ll take at least a thank you for calling. Very unprofessional. I ended up driving up to the Medical Supply. As I walked in the store, I was NOT greeted, however an older lady walked in a couple of minutes after me and they greeted her AND even offered her help. I was in the store that whole time and NONE of the employees said 1 word to me. I walked out and wasn’t even thanked for stopping by.
I do not plan to return to the Medical Supply.
PRN Uniforms is better anyway with a much larger selection and friendly employees who care to help you.
