Audi Arlington

My experience with Audi Arlington was professional, friendly, efficient, and stress-​free. I worked with Ron Rodriguez when I purchased a used A3 and would go back to him in the future. He was very knowledgable and easy to work with. Although, as with any car transaction, the negotiation took a while, I left very happy and did not feel pushed by Ron. I also worked with DaVaughn Paige in the financing department. Again, as with any car deal, he said what he was supposed to say, but ultimately had me out the door with the financing I wanted and that I felt good about. He even sent me a reminder to get my inspection done so we could finalize the registration. Kris Clausen was also very kind, helpful, and communicative when I had some work done on the car and needed a loaner. The only thing I would have changed would be the negotiation process. But alas, so is the game of car buying. Overall, I’m a fan of Audi Arlington.

The Building was ascetically pleasing, well lit and had excellent music playing while I was in the dealership. Betty made my experience at Audi memorable. From the moment I sat at her desk to the point when I drove off in my new car, she was extremely attentive, friendly and informative. She welcomed me with a bright smile and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. She exceeded my expectations of customer service and made me very comfortable with my purchase.
Loc worked an amazing deal up for me. He worked up a deal that I was financially comfortable with monthly and made me feel comfortable with my purchase.
After I completed paperwork, Betty escorted me out to my vehicle to show me more features and benefits. It began snowing while I was heading back to the finance department so Loc pulled my car into a covered garage to prevent the car from getting snowed on. It was the small detail as such that made this experience even more pleasant.
From the moment I stepped into the dealership to the moment I drove my new car off the lot, my experience was extremely friendly. From my salesperson Betty, to Loc who worked my deal to DaVaughn who helped me with my paperwork, there was a strong sense of teamwork that I sensed at Audi Arlington. I initially looked at other dealerships and the amount of hospitality and customer service I received at Arlington Audi made it an easy choice to where I was going to make my purchase.

This review is for the Service department of Audi of Arlington.
This past week, I had a great all-​around experience with the Audi Service department. For the past seven years, I have been going to Audi of Tysons but after this experience, I will be permanently be switching over to the Audi of Arlington location.
My service manager, Lucky, was excellent. He was professional and courteous throughout the process. I felt he that he very personable and wasn’t the bit condescending when explaining the services and details about the repairs on my Audi. He communicated well and kept me in the loop when my car was going to take longer. He was upfront about cost and price and I knew that he was making sure everything was to my satisfaction.
My car was well taken care of and respected. I felt that the whole service team (from the initial gentlemen that greeted me at the Audi service bay to the cashier checking me out). I will be coming back.

I went to Audi Arlington today with my wife to check out the new Q7. Guess what, no one greeting us, every single sales person was sitting at their desks playing with computer or dealing with customers. No single sales person walking in the show rooms to accommodate buyers. I know Audi is a luxury brand and Q7 is a great car but the consumer service is absolutely sub-​bar here. I asked the girl at the front desk to call any available sales person to talk with us. NO ONE came for 5 minutes.
I’ve visited 3 MB Dealers, 4 BMW dealers around belt-​way before my friend purchased BMW X5. None of these German brands dealership ignore us like Audi of Arlington.
Audi of Arlington is a relative new dealership. The infrastructure looks great however please hire more professional sales person that can represent the AUDI brand.

Just purchased a new A4 from this dealership and was very pleased with the customer service that Betty G. in sales provided. She was very attentive and the process ran smoothly. If you are considering an Audi, give Betty a call!

Visited this dealership recently and although I loved the vehicle I drove I would not buy from them. Go to Audi of Tysons or in MD instead. My first clue should’ve been that I was ignored for about 15 minutes when I first got there. There was nobody at the desk and people that work there just walked right by me and didn’t say a word. I had to ask for assistance. Then I test drove a vehicle and I told them I just wanted to drive it and I wasn’t making a deal today. I felt like they dragged out the whole process and they were taking advantage of me because I was a woman. They finally came back with a much higher monthly lease price than advertised for season of Audi! And I have a luxury low mileage lease trade in. I really think they thought I was a dumb girl. Why would I pay more than advertised? And they gave no explanation of their numbers. I walked out and will never go back.

I just leased an Audi S4 and worked with Gabe, Loc, Terry, and Davon (sp?). I was very happy with the customer service provided. They took the time to answer all my questions regarding the numbers (as an accountant, i need to understand everything) and were very patient.
Gabe was especially great in staying in touch and being responsive via email, as this is how most of the negotiations occurred. I’m very happy with the car, it’s an amazing vehicle. Overall, great experience.

Great customer service. They make it a Point to keep you updated on repairs etc. I certainly would recommend them.

My experience is with the service department only. I purchased an Audi without inspection (rookie move i know) and needed windshield wipers to pass a safety inspection. Came to Audi of arlington and got paired with Lucky after searching high and low for these «special» windshield wipers. Lucky and his team helped me out at a pretty high cost but I was driving with no tags and needed to do something. After driving off the lot, i had a check engine light come on. Misfires abound. Being nervous i frantically returned back to Audi and made a scene. Short story long, a windshield wiper job turned into a coil replacement, spark plugs, and on and so forth. Roughly $ 500± and a loaner car later, i was back on the road. I deduct 1 star for their above market rate cost of repairs (but youre paying for expertise and that slick building– so hey…) but my overall experience from Lucky to the head shop foreman to have been given a loaner car really supersedes what it could have been. I would not mind seeing them again. I thank Audi because its the little things that matter. LUCKY X. in particular was awesome.

When customers are dissatisfied, they often go to great lengths to publicize what they consider to be service (or product) inadequacies. Unfortunately, expressions of gratitude for «jobs well done» are rare.
Consider this e-​mail and the review that I will be sharing on
to be a modest attempt on my part to acknowledge how well I was treated at Audi Arlington.
First, I would like to commend my Service Rep, Jesse South. He did a masterful job of satisfying the (often) conflicting information demands and personnel schedules of: a) the body shop that caused my windows to malfunction (n the course of its repairing collision damage); and b) my insurance company which was faced with the prospect of paying an additional damage claim. Mr. South’s patience in dealing with delays and constantly changing resolution approaches were AWE-​INSPIRING! Not only did Jesse manage to get the parties to reach a settlement that spared me unwarranted financial outlays, he also kept me abreast of his progress throughout this two-​week ordeal.
Second, Audi Arlington’s willingness to provide a complimentary vehicle while the above-​referenced conflict was being resolved resulted in what could only be described as a truly «win-​win» scenario. My fiancé and I were not only spared needless inconvenience and expense; the experience of driving a 6 — versus 4 — cylinder vehicle convinced us to become a 2-​Audi family in the near future. What better evidence is there that customer service has a bottom-​line impact?
Please accept our sincere gratitude to Audi Arlington and Mr. South for turning a potential nightmare into a positive overall experience.

My issues with Audi Arlington are strictly based on their Service Department. Three days ago I emailed them through their website «Request for Service» and received an email back from «Lucky». I explained the three items that needed to be addressed under warranty (I have a certified used Audi) and I scheduled my appointment. When I got to the Appointment, Lucky wasn’t there so Adriana helped me. I explained the issues 1) the sun visor slouches down (due to a loose screw) when you pull it from the connector to shade sun from the side. 2) The cup holder in the back broke. 3) the cup holder in the front cools/​heats element is chipped. After explaining all this I am told there are no loaner cars, even though I made an appointment, but Adriana can’t help b/​c she isn’t sure what Lucky did or didn’t do. I get a ride back to my office and get a call an hour later from Lucky. He tells me that Audi really only covers mechanical and electrical issues under warranty (WHAT?). That he tried to work something out with the manager, but the manager won’t budge… tells Lucky to tell me that I should have bought the car there, but since I didn’t they won’t honor the warranty. After owning several German cars I have never been given the run around like this, in fact most of the time I have been over whelmed by other dealer’s willingness and approach to earn and keep customers. This is my first Audi and I am not sure there are more in my future, I certainly will never buy or get my car serviced at Arlington Audi.

Terrible dealership. Stay away. My experience started with the manager telling me he would give me 11,000 for my trade but when the numbers came back he was only giving me 8,000 for my trade. After trying to sneak that past me, they sold me a car with an iPhone cable but without an iPhone port. The general manager, Selim, needs to be terminated.

So we sent my wife 2008 Audi A6 in for service as it would not start. Turned out to be the starter module in the steering column. Although I had tried for the last year to get my wife to replace the car she refused. Now I was in a situation whether to reach deep in my pockets and pay for repairs or cut my losses.
1. David our service advisor was fantastic throughout the servicing process. He called my wife spoke to both of us about the issue. I told him I was done with the car and wanted to haul it away and sell it. I informed him that I would be there in 30 minutes and if he connected me with a sales rep I would purchase that day.
2. Arrived at the dealership as stated immediately greeted by David and he walked me over to Donald. I must say I had the day off and was dressed down with sweat pants and T-​shirt and didn’t think anybody would take me serious at this high line dealership.
3. Donald never treated me any different despite how I was looking. He asked me what kind of car had my interest. I told him A7 and that I had my numbers lined up of what I would spend. I also mentioned to him that I already had my approval at another Audi so even if I didn’t get a vehicle from this dealership that I would get one that day. Donald was untouched and remained confident and committed to providing me the best service.
4. He pulled the A7 up and let me hop in the driver seat and the Mrs. hopped on the passenger side. I told him to buckle up as this was going to definitely be a good test drive for the price of the car. As we wrapped up the test drive Donald had an appointment with another customer but we didn’t have to wait around as he handed me off to his colleague Asari.
5. So Asari takes over and it’s time to talk numbers. He shows me the retail price then sales price. I was unmoved and said thanks but no thanks. He asked where I needed to be to do a deal so I told him. He took my numbers to the GM and he came down some but not enough. Then the GM went the length to show me that he would be totally upside down to meet my numbers. So as he sat and tried to figure out how to cut numbers, Donald walked up and said Mr. Glass be flexible and we can get you a deal.
6. GM comes out and said that although my trade was not sufficient for the money I wanted he could give me some additional trade allowance but it still would not get me to the number I wanted. At that point I realized that I was dealing with true professionals who had integrity and core values. So I said deal, write the paperwork up and we can shake hands.
7. So almost at the finish line. So I stepped in Katherine office to sign and shall I say what a sweet lady. I think we did more laughing and talking than anything. She had an unbelievable deal packaged together and the best terms I have seen. This is truly the way the car buying experience should be.
I sincerely appreciate everyone who made this experience impeccable. And yes Tracy (Redskin Fan) I didn’t forget about you, you were also great my man.

This was my first time purchasing a car and after being into various dealerships this was definitely a wonderful experience. My salesperson Gabe did an amazing job explaining everything to me in full detail. He was extremely helpful and had a very friendly personality. After I decided to buy my car, their financial assistant Robert was great too! They both kept everything organized and simple. Each of them answered my questions with confidence and showed they were knowledgeable about their field of work. I work closely with cars, so I know my questions weren’t easy. It was truly a great experience and I’m so excited to have my new car!!! Definitely recommend going to them for anyone interested in either a new or used car, they have a great inventory full of choices suitable for anyone. Who would’ve thought I’d buy an Acura at an Audi dealership?

Fancy building, but it’s being run like a chuck-​e-​cheese. Discovered an opened/​consumed 12-​case of budlight in the trunk of my S4 after a (second) service appointment to address the same issue.
Scheduled a meeting with the general manager (selim eslaquit) but instead was greeted by their general counsel and another executive for the automotive group. So not only were they not interested in resolving the problem, they resorted to tactics of bullying to force me into inaction. GC (jerry griffin) opened the meeting by saying «eugene, what are you doing — this isn’t even the same case» — as he was referencing a picture from my facebook (and the rest of my posting history.). He was all cleared up once I explained how the case flap and depth perception works in real life. The meeting was more like a circus show — them bringing in employees and asking «did you drink? did you see anyone else drink? No? Great! See mr. wilson we have good staff. This can’t be us.»
Humiliating and insulted is the best way I can describe my experience. Their slogan should be «truth in engineering unless we’re drinking, then we’ll go with bullying you into submission».
Stay away. Any dealership can sell you a car, what matters more is how they service it and treat you afterwards. This dealership doesn’t come close to living up to the Audi standards.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Audi Arlington. I will start off by saying that I was a little hesitant to bring in my 2014 Audi A4 for an intermittent issue I was having with my A/​C based upon the ratings here on Unilocal (let alone the already negative perception dealerships get for highly inflated service), but the service from beginning to end was absolutely tremendous.
Before I go into briefly highlighting the tremendous service, I would like to point out to all those who use Unilocal as an aid on where to get something like auto service from that keep in mind that it’s only human nature (unfortunately) for people to go out of their way to complain about something (and usually exaggerate) than for people to take the time in thanking someone or giving positive feedback on the service they received. Keep that in mind when you see a bunch of bad reviews mixed in with a bunch of good reviews, like Audi Arlington.
When I came in to get service, I got there around 730 in the morning. I’d recommend getting there early to have a better chance at getting a loaner. Although Audi didn’t have any loaners available for me, Chris Bradford the agent who guided me through everything, walked me through everything for a smooth visit, and helped arrange a shuttle ride to my work. When work was near done, I got a ride to Audi, and Chris was great once again explaining everything, and even brought me down to the garage where Jimmy, the mechanic working on my car, simply wanted to bring to my attention something that was done to my car from a repair shop. It wasn’t a bad way of being fixed, and they even told me it is very common in what was done (basically it was using electrical tape to wrap some wiring near the condenser, vice using the factory tubing). Now, they had absolutely no reason to tell me this, as they said it is even something they typically do because it effectively does the same thing, if anything, just saves the customer some money on what would probably be a more expensive component and the labor to install, but they wanted to show me simply so I was aware. They even explained some of the different components of the A/​C unit under the hood.
When the work was done, Audi’s typical service is to also include a wash detail of the car. Now I was in a hurry for an event, and I didn’t want to hurry them. So they arranged a shuttle to drop me off at my house, and then the next day they picked me up from my house picking up my car which was looking and running like new.
Finally, I wish I could remember the shuttle driver that picked me up Saturday morning but I don’t. He was especially courteous and friendly, making me want to have a conversation with him vice a silent ride to the dealership.
As a Naval Officer, I value respect. It’s humbling to receive respect not only from my Sailors, but also from the gratitude of regular civilians that randomly thank me for my service. Therefore I appreciate respect, and I most definitely admire the respect and tremendous quality of service Audi Arlington displayed during my recent visit.
In the end, I may pay some more for future services taking my car to a dealership, but I rather pay that extra amount because my car is worth it and I know I can have peace of mind knowing that my car is being taken cared for in the highest regards, while also me personally receiving the best customer service, extending my already strong faith and loyalty to Audi, as well as extending the longevity of my car.

This review is about my purchase experience and my service, mainly for my sales guy Don.
I got 2015 Audi A5 last September after traded in my 2013 civic. The purchase experience was quite pleasant and the trade in value was fair. Don is a great sales guy, truly care about his customers.
Today, I came here for my first maintenance and Don greeted me. After my service, he walked me out and checked my car. It turned out my complimentary wash was not thorough enough. (one spot at front but easily wiped away) Don asked me to came back again to get another one. He was one of the top sales here for a reason. And he always makes sure that his customers are satisfied.
If you want to get an Audi, look for nobody but Don.

This place (service department) is horrible. Avoid if you can. It is even worse than their former location (if possible) — audi of alexandria.
I have bought 2 new audis within the last 5 years (from another local audi dealer, i will save the sales department review for this particular audi dealership for another day), and wish that i did not have to take my car for servicing to this audi department. They are rude, disorganized, and do not care about customer satisfaction. I never got a customer satisfaction questionnaire after my last service visit.
Although i like audi cars quite a bit, due to my negative experiences with sales and especially servicing and customer service in general with audi, i am actually debating selling my 6 month old car and going with another brand altogether due to the poor customer service from audi. Money better spent elsewhere, will probably be worth it for less grief.

Was contacted by their customer service department, wrote in to let them know what had happened… nothing — not even an email to acknowledge my email…

Came here to check out an SUV that we saw online. Upon entering the showroom we were ignored for about 10 mins so we decided to look around ourselves. This was pretty disappointing since a lot of the salesmen didn’t look especially busy. Eventually we asked a guy standing outside if we could look inside one of the cars. He told us it was unlocked and let us be (hence the 2 stars). So now we’re off to Rockville.
