Auntie Anne’s

They must sell a lot of pretzels since I always see them making them, hopefully that means you get a fresh one. They usually have free samples out so you can grab one as you walk by. They’ve gotten me to order a pretzel more than once with the free sample. The cinnamon one is good but you can’t beat the classic salted one.

I thought the service was great and quick. Food is fresh and hot. You can always see them making prezels indicating high turnover and fresh baked goods.

The pretzel dog was super hot and tasted fresh.
But contrary to b.c.‘s review, the staff attitude was SUPER raggedy.
When she found out I had my internet print out for my «buy 1 pretzel, get 1 free», she started slamming my food into the bag like she was mad at it or mad at me. She gave me the wrong free pretzel. It just ruined the whole experience.
I left the little pretzel shop thinking «dang! this is a franchise of Auntie Anne’s. I’m a member of pretzel perks. This company is trying to send business to the little franchises and this is the treatment I get?»
The location is convenient but I do not like it when staff slam my food all around like they hate me or hate their job or something. I am not certain whether I will return.
