Bath & Body Works

There is so many kinds of scents for everyone that I doubt you could leave without buying something here. The store is much smaller then the ones I normally see in a mall so I did notice a much smaller selection of candles. Service is always great so it was what I expected.
Parking the only issue, lots of great stores near by so be prepared to walk always.

As a past Bath and Body Works associate, I am disappointed. This place has very poor customer service. I just left and I have to say that I plan to make my visits very few and far in between.
EVERY time I walk in this store, I am never greeted nor am I asked if I need help. I feel like I am being judged if I ask to use a coupon or a gift card (as I did today).
Luckily, I didn’t spend much time in here today… got in and got out. Then I thought, I always do that when I come to this particular store. That is because the associates make customers feel uncomfortable and unwanted. When I checked out with my purchase, I was not greeted nor was I thanked. She was busy talking to another associate and I think I interrupted the convo, so for that I am sorry! To top it off, my 3 full size products barely fit In the little plastic bag. Am I not deserving of the paper bag with handles?
Upon walking out, I was watched like a hawk when I stopped to sniff a scent I had been eyeing online. Smh.
This Bath and Body Works will receive little if any of my business in the future. I can spend my hard earned dollars somewhere that appreciates my business.

I’m not one for this place but the women in my life love this place. It smells like the products throughout the store which is good I suppose. There is a wide variety of items and smells so you are bound to find a scent you like here. However, weekends are crazy in the Highlands so the lines are crazy. Since the store is small, it can get cramped in the store.

Very clean store, friendly staff. I love that they always have promos of one kind or another. I love their spa line and men’s products for my husband. I use their plug in scent diffusers in every room and they are low maintenance and come in a wide variety of scents!

Usually I try to give places where I have had a bad experience a second chance. But when I visit and virtually every single time I leave with a bad taste in my mouth, it’s not just me. On my most recent trip to this Bath & Body Works store, I had a gift card I wanted to use and I also wanted to take advantage of the semi-​annual sale. When I walked into the store, the associate just awkwardly stared at me. To break the awkwardness of our interaction, I spoke and said hello. Instead of offering a bag or telling me of deals in the store, the associates at the front just continued talking to each other.
When I made my way to the register, I proceeded to walk to the counter and the cashier said into the walkie that she was leaving at 2 pm and that someone needed to come relieve her at the register. Not hello or some other standard greeting. She communicated that she was ready to end her shift and acted like I was bothering her. As someone who worked years in retail, I truly sympathize with retail workers. However, it is never acceptable to be rude to customers simply because you’re ready to go home.
I checked my receipt on the way out and sure enough, it was 2:01 pm. Too bad there wasn’t a survey on my receipt so that I could communicate this experience via store survey. Needless to say, I will only shop here in the future if I have a gift card or am here to redeem a free item. This store is not deserving of being patronized.

Employees are rude! I purchased items and was supposed to get 20% off from a coupon on the iPhone app. Sales associate did not give the discount and when I went back to get it they were so rude about it as if it were my fault!

What girl doesn’t like lotion??? Don’t answer that…
I will say– I only go when i have coupons or I know they are having a clearance sale. I am completely addicted to their foaming hand soap in Winter Candy Apple– to the point I want to lick my fingers after I wash them– good thing its antibacterial!
