History

Established in 2012.

In 1995, a couple of Vietnamese brothers gathered together and decided to build a phở restaurant. They foresaw a fast food chain that would resemble many others like it in Chinatowns across the Dallas metroplex. With a few stores firmly established, things quickly went sour as poor management ensued in addition to the poor food. However, these founding brothers soon saw that it would take more than Vietnamese heritage to build a successful and commendable Vietnamese eatery.

In 2004, the long-​lost, original brother entered the nearly forsaken chain and took control of the corporation. A few months later, newly formed friendships emerged along with the deterioration of some as well. Many mark this period as the revival of Phở 95. Customers, new and old, started to take notice in the higher quality of food, customer service, and décor. Slow days became full houses, and it seemed as if everyone had to have a taste of Phở 95.
