Description

Specialties

Since 1979, Bill’s True Value Hardware has been providing quality service and hardware/home repair products to the community. We offer many services, including sharpening, screen and storm window repair, in-house locksmithing, and much more. In addition, our Garden Center also features a comprehensive fishing supply area.

History

Established in 1979.

Bill’s True Value Hardware opened its doors in 1979, in place of the former Read’s Hardware. In 1988, Bill acquired the Robertson’s Five and Dime building on Buchanan Street, across from the main store. The following year, we relocated the Hardare portion of the business to that store, repurposing the Lee Highway store as a Garden Center.

In 2000, we expanded our outdoor living department to feature a full line of Weber barbecues and accessories.
