The office was very clean and the staff were friendly and professional. However I am rating one star because I feel that unnecessary procedures were recommended in order to try to make money off of me. Let me start by saying that before moving to the area I went to the same dentist for 7 years, and have good oral health. I have one crown and a few fillings. I came here because of the positive reviews. My teeth are completely straight however I was told I would need Invisalign to correct a tilted molar. I was also told I had to replace a crown but upon further questioning it turns out there’s nothing wrong with the crown they just wanted to give me a better one. Of course because there’s nothing wrong it would not be covered by insurance. So hundreds of dollars of out-​of-​pocket cost for what purpose? Then the real red flag went up when they asked how long ago was the filling in my back molar. When I said it was done when I was a teenager they told me it was old and needed to be replaced. The funny thing is I just had the silver fillings replaced with the white ones less than two years prior. They then said there was a cavity between two of my back teeth and pointed to the X-​ray. When I said that I didn’t see any density change on the X-​ray they got all flustered and said they didn’t know that I knew how to read x-​rays. It has been a year since my visit here and I have gone for a cleaning at a different dentist twice now. He did note that the crown I had was not the best quality. But other than that he has not recommended any of the work that was recommended here. In a year’s time that nonexistent cavity and that bad filling should definitely have been a problem by now. This is probably a great dentist to go to if you need cosmetic work but if you only need basic cleanings and care, steer clear, they will invent ways to make money off you with procedures you don’t need.

Incredible staff. Quick, efficient, and understanding. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into the office. I was very nervous due to bad past experiences with dentists. The staff went above and beyond expectations and actively listened to my dental heath concerns.

The staff definitely does a wonderful job at making customers feel comfortable. Brian and Crystal were extremely humorous and warm. They made my experience painless and quick. I would certainly recommend this dentist office. If you are afraid of going to the dentist, go here. They will put a worried mind at ease!

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the care at Dr. Brian’s office. He and the staff are all very kind, personable and professional, and we feel very much that we’re in good hands. As some of the other reviews note, you never feel rushed… we’re actually looking forward to future appointments!

Today was my first time going here and Dr britton by far is the best dentist! iv been too… I stumbled across him by Unilocal and seen so many positive reviews, the reviews were right, I decided to schedule a appointment and just from the phone call to schedule I already felt welcomed! the staff is very friendly and very welcoming I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room several hours like my other experiences with other dentist. The hygienist also is very nice & knowledgeable and explains everything that you may not understand. When I met dr. britton I never felt rushed or like money is the main concern he thoroughly explained everything to me even more things that are in my benefit for my bridge that I didn’t even know! You can definitely tell he truly cares about the health of your teeth and wants to fix the underlying problem instead of just patching up a problem that will lead to you coming back for the same issue. I have a better understanding of my teeth and feel I am on the road for a healthier & better smile… Iv already referred my family

I came across dr. britton on here after reading very positive reviews on him, so I decided to call to schedule a appointment and just from the phone call I already felt welcomed! Today was my first appointment and I didn’t have to sit in the waiting area for hours opposed to other dentist offices I have been too in the past. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and nice & explained everything too me that I didn’t understand. soon after I met dr Britton who was really nice and down to earth and didn’t rush nor make me feel like I was just a another person that didn’t matter .I’m a visual learner and he took time out to show me picture by picture of all my problem areas that were of concern and minor ones. which was really great because in the past my old dentist would just tell me by mouth what’s wrong without letting me see it visually… the entire staff was nice and I’m excited to finally have found a dentist that takes time out to explain things too me and also give me other options that may be better for me in the long run instead of one option …
I will continuing on with dr. britton!

Dr Britton and staff… Wonderful! I cannot say enough kind remarks. I am a «challenging patient» — I am scared to death of dentist. I used to panic the night before. Not here! There is zero «dentist smell», all the staff is fun and kind. Dr Britton does beautiful work. I highly recommend to all !!

From my initial call with Amy to find out about insurance, to scheduling my appointment, and then the appointment itself– all around top notch service! I am a dental professional myself and can say that this was one of the best dental experiences that I’ve had! Courtney, the hygienist, was very friendly and professional and did a very thorough assessment and cleaning. Dr. Britton was a pleasure to meet and let me know of my dental needs in order to prevent further complications. He took the time to get to know me and for me to get a feel for him as well. The patient is truly the priority at this office and it shows from start to finish. I am glad and relieved to have found this office! Keep up the great work!

I visited Dr. Britton for the first time today. The staff was very kind and caring throughout the vist and made me feel welcomed. The Hygienist took her time and was very thorough with my cleaning. Dr. Britton was easy to get along with and addressed all of my concerns. The visit didn’t seem rushed at all and was very pleasant!

Had a great first experience. Everyone is super friendly, the office is very clean, the staff knowledgeable. Dr. Brian was icing on an already sweet dental office cake. He was very relatable and fast (in a good way). Looking forward to my next time.

I am a big wuss. Dentists and pain scare me. I made the mistake of looking up every horror story on the internet.
There was nothing to worry about. They rock!
Now on to the actual review:
I needed a crown and they did a great job on it. I can’t even tell that it’s a fake tooth. My procedures were pretty pain free too. They are really nice people and they bend over backwards to accommodate your schedule and make dental work (that no one really looks forward to) easier for you. They do most work in-​house but for tricky endo cases will refer you to a specialist.

I’d become one of those cranky skeptical people when it came to dentists because my last few, um, didn’t go so well. But, Dr. Britton and his staff have restored my faith in humanity, or at least in dentistry.
I found him through my insurance company provider list, while looking specifically for sole practitioners (NO CORPORATE CONGLOMERATES!) that were nearby who had been practicing for a reasonable amount of time and who have a degree from the 1^st world. (I don’t care where my docs are from, I only care where they went to school.) Because I have phone anxiety calling businesses I was happy to see they have a website with an appointment form. I filled it out. Amy at the front desk called me back pretty quickly and boy, is she nice and friendly! She was very accommodating and made an appointment for me the very next morning. She’s just as nice in person, folks.
Brynne was my hygienist and she too is a very nice lady, recently moved here from Washington State. She told me how when she first moved here she was temping and planned on continuing to temp because she only wanted to work three days a week, but she loved Dr. Britton and his staff so much she came on full time, and assured me I had made a wise choice. They seem to have very modern equipment and digital x-​rays that they can take from your chair, which is nice.
Dr. Britton himself is very pleasant and personable, he introduced himself as «the guy who works in the back», haha. He explained what was going on with my teeth very clearly and presented options and was obviously very sensitive to the fact that it was going to cost a lot of money to fix the massive mess that my mouth had become. I know his assessment was accurate as it matched what I was told by my last dentist, and he showed me exactly where the problem spots were on my x-​rays.
This morning I started getting it all fixed. He had feared I might need a root canal in one tooth, but decided after he dug out the decay that since we hadn’t reached the nerve yet, we might be able to avoid it which would save me money and pain. So, he did a deep filling instead. We’ll see how that goes.
What really impressed me about the experience was that it was actually pretty pain-​free. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and they pre-​swabbed the gum with a topical before giving me the novocaine so I didn’t feel the shot. I didn’t feel pain during the procedure at all. I was warned I’d be sore afterwards and told to take advil, which I did, and which seems to be working.
I still have several more teeth to get fixed, he recommended doing it in steps so that I wouldn’t have to sit with my mouth open all day. I think that was a good call.
All in all, I’m very happy with him and his staff. They work with CareCredit and Wells Fargo for financing if you don’t have insurance or have insurance like mine that barely scrapes the surface of the bills. And, with how easy it was to get an appointment and completely hassle-​free and more importantly pain-​free, I’d say you can’t go wrong coming here. (of course, I can’t guarantee your visit will be pain free as your teeth may vary).
