Care now is always my choice in times of need for myself and my family! Care now provides our family with all kinds of needs! We have had severe allergies infection flu insect bites etc ! Dr. Michelle Lee is extremely patient and kind. I do recommend care now when you’re not able to take off from work and needing help as soon as you get off !

Great Staff and Great Service. Highly recommend for quick evaluation. Will continue to go to this location when I cant be seen immediately by my provider

This Doctor has excellent personal skills & gives personalize recommendations for each individual patient. Thanks for the advice for OTC medications I can use on a daily basis.

Dr Brofer and Care Now are awesome! My regular doctor can never get me in quickly when I have a cold or sinus problem. Dr Brofer is so personable and nice and always prescribes the right medication to get me back on track! Love this place!

I have been to many urgent cares in my home town in Hattiesburg, MS and never have been to one more friendly and easy to get in as this one. The Medical staff was outstanding. I will be using them again if needed again in this area. Thanks so much for making this a great experience.

Prepare to wait 2 – 3 hours, even if you had a knife sticking out of you. Been here twice– both times the wait was unbelievably long! Best to find a family doctor or something– its always crowded!

Excellent staff and physicians. Very quick but spends ample time to diagnose the problem and prescribe appropriate solutions.
Wait time to see the doctor was less than 10 minutes and the required paperwork was minimal.

Everytime I have been sick and had to go to CareNow, I have been poorly serviced and taken care of. I have had to wait HOURS, literally two hours before I was able to get into a room. After I got into a room, I still had to wait an hour for an actual doctor to see me. The doctor literally spent five minutes with me and wasn’t very thorough. After I was done with the doctor I still had to sit in the waiting room for over thirty minutes to check out. It should be called CareLater instead of CareNow. All my family members who have gone there have experienced my same issues

Checked in early on a Sunday, via web app which was fast and followed up promptly by medical staff. (Grateful for the Short wait time thanks to their web app.)
Nurse Brianna did our vitals quickly and promptly (both the hubby and I down w the crud) and dr Brofer was terrific, diagnosing promptly, cheerful and kind, while completely professional, while efficiently asking specific questions about the onset of the severe sinus infections after ruling out mono and strep throat.
While it’s never fun having an emergency visit to a doc, this was a stand out clinic in the Care Now family and we both will come here again if needed.
Worth the visit if you are in the area and come down w something unexpected on a weekend or late night — efficient, exemplary care!

I did Web Check-​in at 7:15 am and the office opened at 8. I received a call at 8:00 am that I could come in right away. I was seen immediately. The doctor (Dr Brofer) was so kind. However, he was in and out in about 3 minutes. I don’t have a problem with that, as I don’t expect an urgent care clinic to replace my PCP. The only way that I had during my 45 minute visit, was to get the prescription and shot from the nurse. I waited about 15 minutes. I arrived at Care Now shortly after 8:00 AM and was out of the office by 8:45 AM.

Called and spoke with an Esly? Leslie? Who worked at the front. Anyway, to make long story short, called with an urgent question that should’ve have been addressed by a nurse or doctor but wasn’t. Were gonna have a patient wait 4hours for something that should have been seen right away. She was rude and not helpful at all!

I’ve come here a couple times and each time been taken care of. The customer service here is not only caring but they will do what it takes to find out whats going on and point you in the right direction if they cant find out whats going on. Here are my pros and cons:
Pros:
1. Great customer service.
2. They will do whatever it takes to point you in the right direction.
3. They have lab services in house and they can usually get results within a couple hours.
4. They have movies on each tv in the room so it keeps you entertained
5. They take my insurance.
Cons:
1. I as seen by a nurse practitioner and not a real doctor.
2. They take forever to get you in. I mean 3 to 5 hours at times. You can easily get around this with the online check in.
3. They will take longer once you are in and will come check in with you every 30 min. Just watch the movie while your in this phase.
4. They will sometimes not know whats going on with you and tell you they don’t but will alwayd point you in the right direction no matter what.
Overall, its exactly the type of service I would expect to receive at an urgent care clinic.

I went to CareNow during the summer when my daughter was having breathing problems during the weekend. With her normal doctor closed and not wanting to wait forever in an emergency room, we came here, which was less than 5 minutes away from my house. As soon as I walked in, I knew I made a good choice. It was crowded, there was plenty of visible staff and it was CLEAN.
We checked in, paid and within 5 minutes of sitting down, we were taken to the back. The doctor was very pleasant, informative AND thorough. Even though a breathing treatment was given, which improved her breathing TONS, he had her take an X-​Ray to make sure there wasn’t any other issues going on.
Total time spent there, with all of that? Less than 45 minutes. Everyone had a smile on their face and my daughter was NEVER scared of the staff or the machines. I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone who has a non-​emergency medical issue on the weekends. They’ll take great care of you!
