Description

Specialties

I help people prepare a plan for dealing with disability or transfer of assets after death including: estate planning, probate, guardianship, Medicare and Medicaid issues.

History

Established in 1991.

I opened my first office in 1991 and moved to Arlington in January, 1992. Since then I have helped my clients deal with debt, disability and death of loved ones with patience and concern. I understand that most people do not have to work with complicated and confusing laws and forms on a daily basis. Dealing with Administrivia is even harder when you do not feel well. I am here to help you work through the unpleasant as easily and simply as possible. Sometimes simple is not enough. I help you understand the issues involved in powers of attorney, guardianship, Medicare, Medicaid, probate, Trusts and protecting assets for support of your family.

I am a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
