Excellent place to take your car! These guys will not cheat you, they are fair, and they are extremely helpful. Their work even comes with warranty. They don’t tinker with your vehicle. They find out what is exactly wrong and fix that issue. Give them a call before you go somewhere else.

Engine on my car was «chugging» randomly like I had gotten a bad tank of gas or the engine wasn’t getting enough power. Took it over to Christian Brothers. They were able to set me up with an appointment and have me bring it in. Did a diagnostic, found the problem, gave me a quick quote and fixed it up. Car hasn’t had the same issue since. I loved how quick they were, and how they really catered to my time constraints and budget. Plus, they also send me coupons to help out on routine maintenance.
I’m very likely to take my car back when it has issues.

I was looking all day for a good alignment and found this right next to my house. I didnt have to wait for hours like i usually did. They did a good job with a really affordable price. Its way better if you have coupon.

I have been a loyal customer of Christian Brothers Arlington since I bought my first car, and they have never ‘steered’ me wrong (heh heh, see what I did there). I will not go anywhere else for an oil change, and won’t even go anywhere else for a state inspection. Their service is impeccable, they know me by name and sight, and are nothing but friendly and honest with me. A new business manager took over about a year or two ago, and their service has only improved since then! They are honest, up front, and do what they can to save you money. Now, your experience with a mechanic is going to be very subjective; I don’t think people understand that a mechanic’s JOB is to find something wrong with your car, and for that they get a bad rep, just like doctors. No one likes going to the doctor, and no one likes going to the mechanic, but Christian Brothers does their best to make a visit there as easy and painless as possible. Remember too, a visit to any mechanic is going to be expensive unless you «know a guy,» and you’re probably not going to leave here without spending a pretty penny; but that is just the nature of the industry nowadays. I’m willing to pay the extra dollars for integrity and quality of the service I get from Christian Brothers Arlington!

After hearing them advertised heavily on several radio stations, I decided to give them a try after my A/​C system stopped working. I went in and was informed that the «Onboard Control Computer» needed to be replaced and this is why my system was not functioning. The work could be done at a cost of nearly $ 4,000.00! I was also told that I was low on coolant and that they recharged the system at a cost of $ 100.00.
I took the car to the dealership and was told that a simple $ 5.00 power cable for the «Onboard Control Computer had become frayed and needed to be replaced! (Savings of $ 3,995.00) I was also informed that the A/​C system had been overcharged and coolant had to be bled out of the system.
When I talked to Christian Brothers about this, they insisted that the dealership must have lied and replaced the computer and simply told me that they were replacing only the cable. They could not explain the overcharging of the A/​C system.
I know some have had good experiences with them, but I have not and will steer clear of them like the plague.
