I can hardly describe the level of incompetence put forth by this «attorney». She is the most unprofessional, rude and spiteful human you will ever pay $ 359 per hour to have torture you for a professional fee. She cannot find emails, cannot remember the salient points in your case but always knows when it’s time for more money. If you hire her, at least know that you did not do your research. If you did your research and hired her anyway, enjoy.

This is a suggestion to look for other counsel instead of retaining Ms. Claudia Zucker, an attorney in northern Virginia. In her own words, she is now «too busy to work on your case», so unless you are her primary priority (even if your case precedes something brighter and shinier she decides to shift her limited time to, it seems) she doesn’t have the bandwidth to help you.
You will also know she doesn’t have time for you when the opposing attorney sends her an email advising if they don’t receive a response in a timely fashion they will file for a court judgment instead of filing the agreement the other party has signed and forwarded for consideration. She will forward the attorney’s email to you 1 month after she receives it. But, she’ll neglect to also send the email containing the signed agreement, so you won’t be able to take action. She’ll suggest you «meet in person» with her, but won’t identify a suitable time for an appointment.
She will also stop answering your calls, texts, and emails… all the while the opposing party wants to collect legal fees associated for the untimely delay.
Save your time, money and frustration and look elsewhere.

Just spoke to Claudia on the phone. She is rude, unprofessional and actually seems to dissuade you from hiring her. She gave me her rates as though to turn me away from hiring her. I would not recommend this type of person to anybody – especially when there are many many other lawyers that are happy to work to help you. Let me be completely clear– I have no issue with her disclosing her rates. Any lawyer would. However, she told me her rates in such a rude and confrontational way it was as though she was actually trying to dissuade me from hiring her! It was in keeping with her all around tone though. She was rude, abrupt and not helpful in any way.

We hired Claudia Zucker when the so-​called «Child Protection» (read Child KIDNAPPING) Services stole our baby. CJZ completely botched the case in her representation of us. I don’t even think she is qualified to be a file clerk in a law office. I recall she misspelled words frequently, she only seemed interested in getting her bills paid. She did nothing to justify or earn her fees. Don’t touch this «lawyer» with a ten-​foot, make that a 1000-​foot pole.

My advice is if you want a lawyer who is friendly, and will reply to your questions after she is paid, do not hire her. As soon as she was paid in full, I do not get any replies to my emails. And on the phone calls, when she answers she is very cocky. Answers like «I will make it my priority», or «at my earliest convenience». But she is saying all this like she is making fun of you. Worst lawyer I had in my life.
