No one likes to work, but everyone likes to be productive. cove provides a place in your neighborhood to get things done, alongside others doing just the same. If you ever find yourself trying to work out of the lonely living room, noisy coffee shop, or boring office, cove is for you.

We offer flexible plans that are designed around the way you get things done. Our convenient locations have everything you need – unlimited coffee, fast wifi, color printing – but it’s the small things that make the difference: accessible outlets, call boxes, and a diverse community focused on being productive.

History

Established in 2013.

cove is a DC-​based start-​up that opened its first location in Dupont Circle in September 2013 and expanded to Boston in September 2015. cove can be found in nine neighborhoods throughout the DC metro area. Coming soon to a neighborhood near you!

Meet the Business Owner

Adam S.

Business Owner

Adam founded and operates DC-​based cove. Adam founded cove with his own work style in mind — having worked in both large corporate settings and from his couch in the living room, he never felt he was being productive enough. cove provides that balance between professional and social with all the tools to get things done.

Since cove’s launch in September 2013, Adam has enjoyed being productive alongside other cove members from all backgrounds in locations popping up throughout metro DC. Prior to cove, Adam spent time in consulting, technology, and investment banking, and had a short run in the creative world when he produced a documentary, «Two Hours to Tyler,» that was sold to BET.

Adam holds a BA from Amherst College, an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, and an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. While at Harvard, Adam was a resident of the University’s incubator during which he spent time developing the concept for cove.
