History

Established in 2008.

While the Seidel Agency started in 2008, our State Farm location is actually the first in Arlington County. Located in the historic Dominion Arms building, the first agent in charge of this location opened up a few years after the building was completed in 1955.

Meet the Business Owner

David S.

Business Owner

Prior to State Farm, I worked at GE Capital for 6 years and served as a Vice President of Business Development in the Northeast. There, I helped Fortune 500 companies manage their expenses and provided short and long term financing. I was a 6 time president club winner and was promoted 4 times in 6 years. From there I was moved to NYC to help private companies go public on Wall Street and participated in over 20 IPO’s.

I have been with State Farm for 5 years and opened my office in Arlington, VA in December 2008. Currently my team consists of 3 full time employees each specializing in a different aspect of the business. Our office has also been featured in our national magazine for letters and emails from our policy holders and organizations thanking us for the services we have provided them.

I now live in Arlington, VA with my wife Amber, my 4 year old daughter Harley and my 3 old son Peyton. Nats fan, golf enthusiast, Facebook friends with Jake… yes, that one.
