This is a somewhat new food truck that I found in Ballston today. Only serving dumplings, I ordered the pork filled ones. They are delicious and well-sized. A spice blend tops them off, and it’s got the perfect amount of heat and salt. A selection of soy, hoisin, and sriracha, along with a few other sauces are offered. It’s veteran-owned, which is nice. The owner told me he doesn’t come to Ballston too often, but I’m glad he did today.
