For some reason they can not ring up the appropriate item on their registers. I understand there isn’t a price difference but when there is a promotion for a specific item and the discount isn’t applied unless it is rung up correctly, you’d think they would be trained appropriately! The first time, I did witness an employee try to get direction from her manager after I decided speaking to the manager wasn’t worth it. The manager gave her the most abrupt answer, enough to quiet the employee. That is when I insisted to speak to the manager. Granted, I did get a 5 dollar credit, and I was grateful; but it didn’t matter because the very next visit resulted in the same way. It was not worth bringing it up to the same manager; I just will not return to this dunks again. Race played no factor, I blame piss poor management.

No one would review a dunkin’ donuts unless they had something amazing or something horible at their establishment. Well, let me start of by saying: horible. It’s dunkin’ donuts so their food and drinks are great, and you don’t expect any great customer service. I don’t think anyone really holds it at a higher expectation than Mcdonalds. That being said, the service was so rude it was able to soar under my low expectations. I live close to this place so I come here often. I never have any trouble with anyone who works here and it’s always been nothing notable. But I went in early(5~6 am), first time so I don’t know if these employees work the morning shift every day. They were so incredibly rude I was lost for words. It was a, I belive, Indian fellow and middle eastern fellow. Now, I don’t have a problem with working with foreigners and I don’t mind when they have thick accents, just don’t ****ing get mad at me when I have a difficult time understanding you. I get that you hate your job and hate working at 5 am, but seriously, no reason to treat customers like crap. Don’t even listen to my order, scoff at what I decide, laugh instead of help when I forgot a menu item. Really got on my nerves. I think the only time I enjoyed that visit is when they were talking to each other and their accents were so thick they couldn’t understand one another and it was a solid 5 minutes of «what?» And repeating«are the croissants ready?»

This Dunkin Donuts on Summer Street is the worst!!! Not only do the employees do not speak or understand a word of English but the ones who do are very rude. Whenever the manager finally came out to help all he did was insult the other employees. This place needs to be shut down or they need to get rid of all the foreigners and hire English speaking employees and hire a new manager!!!

They may be trying to scam you out of money. If you pay with a $ 10 for a medium Ice coffee, they give you back a $ 5 bill and $ 2.49 in change. Hard to believe they don’t have $ 1 bills in the drawer. They are hoping that you just dump the $ 2.49 in change in their tip cup out of habit. Sneaky! Beware of worker Thais D. especially.

This is the best dunkin donuts in arlington. Sometimes they make my coffee not the best but it’s ok. The best dunkin donuts I’ve been to though is the one on woburn Winchester line in a plaza with toys r us and rite aid. They always have fresh coffee and they are all very friendly but the only thing I would change is that they should have more verity of donuts but this dunkin donuts I’m talking about now in arlington has a big variety if donuts. They even have chocolate coconut and butternut donuts.

I came here on a Saturday morning with a friend I haven’t seen in a year and I asked for an iced coffee regular, it was perfect. The donut I wanted wasn’t there, but I got a fresh Boston Crème and was content. They were super crowded but we still snagged a table… no complaints! It’s a chain, but I love me some duncs!

Like a well oiled machine, all the little cogs working in synchronized harmony. That’s how this DD runs. Everyone has a job and they do it. No attitude and no chaos. Parking is a little tight at times when you get the older crowd in the corner for 2 hours but it’s manageable.

Walked into the store at 5:45 p.m. on a Saturday, no donuts. Not a single Boston Kreme on the shelf, probably less than a dozen in the store. What’s a donut store without donuts?

Silly to review a Dunkin Donuts? I think not. I wouldn’t bother reviewing it if I didn’t either really love it or hate it. In this case, I love it. There is nothing different about this DD menu, its ambience or its prices. It is nice that it’s a five minute walk from my house… but this review is based purely on service. There are four people who regularly work the counter, who have all come to recognize me.(I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing.) Rosana in particular is the best. She always makes sure she gets my order exactly as I want it, rather than assuming she heard me say one thing or another… This is unlike other DDs, where some of the employees may hear you say you want a vanilla iced with cream and extra sugar when you really asked for a hazelnut iced with skim and one sugar, only to send you on your merry way, till you’re driving along Route 2, take a sip and discover that really, you got nothing like what you ordered. Sure, it happens to everyone once in a while, just hardly ever happens here.
