Love this place! The trainers are excellent, especially Maryam, with whom I have trained for several years. She knows exactly what to work on each visit (resistance, stretching, balance, core, etc.) and she tailors each workout to what is needed, so the net result is that no two sessions are ever the same — tremendous! I have also worked with Kat, who also does a phenomenal job! I highly recommend Dynamic Living.
