Disgusting. Can’t say much more than that. Fried rice=yellow rice. Bland, over cooked vegetables.

I really, really like this restaurant. Here is why: 1) the food is GREAT 2) It’s priced well 3) It’s ready quickly 4) The inside of the restaurant is clean and welcoming 5) They pack your takeout so well. They give you everything you need to eat and it was packed well in strong, sturdy plastic containers. Not the styrofoam you get sometimes. Great place.

Love this place, I’ve tried many chinese places in the area and they are hands down, all around, the best. Fast delivery, hot food, great prices, never had any of those gross ‘what am I chewing on?’ chinese food experiences. I highly recommend the Moo Goo Gai Pan and the Vegetable Wontons :)

1st visit, food was decently priced and there was plenty of it, but as far as taste goes, meh. Not bad, just meh. I had the Sesame Chicken dinner combo and Shrimp Toast. The chicken was actually rather bland but the egg roll was decent. The shrimp toast though, that was actually pretty good. And quite a lot of pieces. I ordered through Eat24, and it was super easy with no problems. All in all, I would definitely go back for the shrimp toast, but I don’t think I would get anything else. 3 stars because it’s relatively cheap, with a decent amount of food for that price. Happy to have a place with good shrimp toast, I’ll say that.

Grading on the Arlington curve. Chinese food here is mostly meh. By that standard, this place is pretty good. Prices are reasonable and portions are big. Unlike SF you don’t pay $ 1 extra for white rice. The lunch special is cheap and the portions range from large to huge. The owners are friendly and seem to have quite a group of regulars who work nearby. Plus this is the closest Chinese for me to walk to, so an extra star for that.

Very good, thought they messed my order up however after reviewing the ticket I must have miss ordered. Double check you order online! Everything was very good, delivery was timely. Will definitely use them again due to convenience and price is reasonable

Good, standard Chinese fare. Satisfying comfort food staples like dumplings, fried rice and lo mein noodles. The large wonton soup is a great bargain and just right for when you’re under the weather. Orders always ready on time and expediently(10 – 15 mins) when you call and pick up.

I ordered the General Tso chicken and Spring Rolls. They told me it would take 40 minutes to deliver but it was here in about 30 minutes. The food was pretty good and warm for delivery.

Food took forever. Food was cold. Food was bland. Driver expected a tip for poor service and rudeness to our reception staff. But it was cheap so, wth I guess… Got what I paid for.

Worst case scenario type Chinese food. Does not generally taste good. Subpar ingredients make it taste like left overs from the start. Open late and good service bring it up to a 2 star rating.

I really enjoyed eating the food that I carried out: D! The meat was fresh and the chili sauce was really good! When I ordered my meal online and specified what I wanted and didn’t want, they followed it exactly which many places rarely do these days. Whenever I’m in the mood for Chinese food, I will be coming back here and doing another takeout :)

Fairly priced, good portions, and typical Chinese with a bit of that good ol’ extra oil lovin at the end. If you’re going here, you’re not particularly going for the gourmet Chinese experience, it’s exactly what you think it is– your typical strip mall east coast local Chinese joint. A couple things to note: 1) If you like spicy food, no matter how spicy you tell them and exaggerate for them to make your order spicy, it will not be spicy. 2) The +$ 1.00 extra for fried rice is a nice option, but keep in mind this is not your typical Chinese fried rice. This is «yellow» with limited onions and bean sprouts. Still pretty good. 3) I found this place to be more«saucy» and«oily» than the rest. With that being said, sometimes you crave that. 4) Delivery is fast compared to others.

delicious food. The delivery guy is always fast and friendly. Today’s fried wontons had a crispy chewy thing going on while also flavorful. Beer was cold

I ordered delivery from here Sunday night at 10pm. The food did not arrive till 11pm. That is over an hour wait! The food was good, standard chinese food. We ordered beef and broccoli and szechuan chicken. For a grand total for $ 19.16 and each gave a pretty good size portion with rice. I would say the only reason i’m not giving less stars is because its not terribly expensive and the food was pretty good. I’m not sure if I can count on doing delivery here, may just be better to pick it up if you’re hungry like I was. On the plus side, the delivery guy did come up to my apartment and didn’t make me come down to the front desk(which I have experience with other places in the past).

I have to give this place 2 stars because in the end, the food just isn’t good. In a perfect rating system, it would be 2.5. To summarize: The place is very clean. The servers are friendly. There is easy parking and I love that they’re open until 11pm. You can order online, and they even have cold beer. The problem is the food just isn’t good. I’ve been here a number of times now always hoping for a better experience than the last, but in the end the food never delivers. The food isn’t really bad, it’s just not good. My standards aren’t high for a place like this, but American-Chinese takeout can be enjoyable even if it’s not the high-and-mightiest of cuisines. The food here is just bland. I order different things each time, but to date my best experience has been the night I inexplicably ordered a steak and cheese sub. Maybe I’m just not ordering the right things(very possible with such a large menu). Living close and working late, I’ll probably be back again. If/when I discover the right things to order, I’ll happily update this review. I want to like it so badly!

Should have read the other reviews a little closer before I ordered. They are spot on. Delivery is fast, but the guy will not come into the building even after I explained in my notes how to dial in. I had to go down to the outside of the building to meet him. Rice is NOT fried and it’s yellow. Contained non-fried rice, tons of huge onion pieces and chicken. The spring rolls were good after I warmed them up in the microwave. Gave it a try, but sorry, will not order again.

My ratings are moreso for the dishes and not the restaurant as a whole. As a whole, i rate four stars due to the following: Fast pickup buffet servcie despite crowds esp around noon. My experience with their saucy foods has not been impressive, but their nonsauncy foods — pepper chicken, fried chicken wings, subs — are great. The atmosphere is unlike your typical chinense takeout setup. Its is comfortable and very clean. The staff is friendly yet professional. Fast delivery… and accurate no matter how large the order Cook to order is only between 10 to 15 mins even during crowds Overall, despite that i desire more flavorful and better texture with the saucy dishes, this place is very satisfying.

I have been living in the neighborhood for a while, eastern is always my first choice of chinese carryout restaurant. They serve plenty of good food with reasonable price. I particularly like their general tso chicken. I like how their chicken fried perfectly and soaked into tasty spicy and sweet sauce. For the general tso lovers, they also have general tsp’s chicken wing. my workplace is 5 min driving from this restaurant. I usually go to grab a lunch box from the hot buffet bar, where food is already made but its still hot and fresh.

Plastic in the seafood platter. It looks like the«crab legs» were originally wrapped in plastic at retail and was supposed to be removed before«cooking.»

Fantastic. I ordered as take-out, the General Tso’s Chicken Combo, that came with Egg roll and Pork Fried Rice. The Egg roll was flakey, delicious, and had just the right amount of air to food ratio. The chicken was just the right about of spicy(for once! These places never seem to have any peppers in them), and the chicken itself was tender and NOT chewy. I was surprised by the pork fried rice. A staple of Chinese food, it was pleasant to find yellow rice and bean sprouts in it. I really enjoyed their take on this. Although I ordered out, their store interior was clean and simple. A place I wouldn’t mind eating. Prompt service, large portions(about 2 meals for me), I’ll be ordering from them again.
