Edible Arrangements

I bought a Happy Birthday Pineapple Pop «arrangement», if you can even call it that, to be delivered to my mother at work on her birthday. I called around 2 pm to see if they had delivered yet, they told me they were going out with the driver on his delivery just that moment!
At around 3:30 the $ 70 fruit bouquet was delivered to my mom, just an hour before their closing time. They were not in any sort of container, there was no presentation whatsoever. On the Edible Arrangements website it says that containers may vary. The picture on the website had cute tins and cups they had placed the pineapples in.
These were THROWN haphazardly into a red bag, and that was it. No decorations, no container to hold them, nothing. For $ 80 bucks including delivery you get a bunch of wrapped up fruit shoved in a bag.
I will be calling them tomorrow when they open to demand a refund for this sub-​par product. Don’t waste your money here!
