Awful, awful, awful customer service. One major example: my automatic bill pay got messed up, no one ever called me back after I brought it to their attention, and when I finally got ahold of someone, their tone was dripping with accusations that it was my fault. I would have been okay if it was my fault, but the tone really sent a message that they don’t give a shit. Then, after further investigation with another rep, it turns out that it actually was not my fault. I’m out the money for my bill for a month since I had to pay it twice to get it sorted out, plus late fees since it took so long to get resolved with EECU. I went from a major bank to EECU so that I could get away from this kind of garbage customer service, but lesson learned. I’m finding another credit union, and I suggest that anyone avoid this place like the plague. Take a look at some of the reviews at other bank sites(downtown Fort Worth, for example), and you will see the same type of experiences. The crappy customer service outweighs the Allpoint ATM locations.
