Worst nail experience ever. Sloppy application. Got burned with the drill 3 times. and Huy could not pay attention to what he was doing. Also used a dirty nail file on me. I will not go back, you should avoid this spa.

I keep giving this place a chance but today was the last day.
I came in for a fill and a pedicure. Huy, was my nail technician. He was on his phone probably the entire time he was working on my nails. He did my pedicure at the manicure station while he also worked on my hands. He also got upset when I told him I didn’t want gel. I was so uncomfortable. And sure enough as soon as I left he also left so he was definitely in a hurry to leave.
He also told me I looked tired.

They have a lot of people come here! Great service and environment. They offer wine and non alcoholic drinks. Good pedicure and manicure menu. I don’t really trust the men who work here with my pedis or fills because every time I’ve let them do my nails I wasn’t very satisfied.
If you want a design and something more than the basic fill and color, I would definitely recommend Kim! She ALWAYS has people waiting on her.

Ive just started going here for the past month and I must say i really like this salon. Everyone seems to be so courteous and attentive, they will continue to get my business hopefully for years to come. And may I also add V.I.P treatment a very upscale environment!!!

Nail Salon inside Is nice, but the nail polish selection was horrible, they have the cheapest nail polish, is winter time and seems to have only summer colors. I just left the place and came to Eva which is in the same shopping center and is way much better.

Had a great experience here. They were packed as it was Christmas Eve but I still felt I received personal service. Was there for a couple of hours to get a pedicure and full set. I went with a Star Wars theme. I’d recommend them based on my experience today.

I’ve been here a couple of times now. The first time was a decent experience, but this recent time has turned me off completely.
It was a Tuesday night, they weren’t super busy but had a good amount of customers. My friend & I came in together, therefore we wanted to get our nails done together. The manicurist kept commenting on how short my nails are & I should have tips, after I had already refused multiple times… I already have long nail beds, for the last time, I don’t want tips because they grow so fast (see picture). Then throughout the manicure, she kept asking if I liked the color every few minutes. I appreciate you caring if I like the color, but I chose it & I’m not new to SNS. She would say «You like color? It would look better, but your nails are too short, see I have tips on & mine, look good». I. Get. It. She shaped the SNS a little uneven & with the top coats, it created ridges on the side of some of my nails.
I was almost finished with my SNS by the time they even acknowledged my friend. The manicurist that came up to her wanted her to move to a completely different seat. My friend asked if she could sit by me, & she rudely answered that she did not want to move her stuff. So sorry to inconvenience you to move things a few seats over. My friend politely said «okay, well I don’t really need a manicure, my friend is almost done anyways.» So she did an angry sigh & snatched her nail color away & said «fine». Nice customer service Elite.
The manager guy was nearby, saw it happen, & didn’t even intervene, or seem to care quite frankly. Way to go. At checkout, he half-​assed asked my friend if she got her nails done, not why. I will definitely not be back here & waste anymore money & neither should y’all.

My sister and I have been going here for quite some time now and never have any problems. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. I repeatedly make appointments with Huy. Great nail tech. Personable and knows his stuff. My sister consistently goes to Kayla who also does an amazing job. Can’t go wrong with anyone at this location really. They’re all really good at what they do.

So i thought today would be a good day to come since last time i came it was on a Saturday and it was mad busy which is to be expected on the weekends. It’s Tuesday n it’s 9 employees sitting around talking n on their phones. so i waited for 10mins for them to call me and then other 10mins for the lady to come do my nails. i thought it would be a quick easy job i only wanted an overlay with french tips. the lady could do an overlay but not french tips i didnt understand becuase the other customer in there were asking for stuff i never heard of so i think im pretty old fashison and basic. i wont be back to get my nails done, but i will come back for my feet because they do A REALLY GOOD JOB WITH PEDICURES!

I use to be a very frequent customer every 2 – 3 weeks to get my nails done and always had a very good experience with the wonder nail artist Lan Lee but the last time I had gone she was very busy. So HUY did my nails and let me say this was the worst experience I had ever had in my entire 9 years of getting my nails done. HUY tried taking my stiletto acrylic nails off with a nail pliers instead of soaking them first. He then proceeded to cut my nails causing me to bleed on more than 5 fingers because he cut so close and ended up RIPPING my nails off on 4 of them causing extreme pain (spots where you’re supposed to have nail I did not it burned really bad) seeing I was still unhappy he puts my bleeding fingers and nails that are now ripped off in a burning soak that I had to take my hands out of because I did not have HALF my nails on some fingers because they were burning SOOO bad. He was very rude and unapologetic while this was happening that before he could finish taking all my nails off I told him to stop and I didn’t want my nails done anymore. He STILL CHARGED ME FOR RIPPING PARTS OF MY REAL NAIL OFF AND CUTTING SO CLOSE MY FINGER TIPS WERE BLEEDING PRETTY BAD. I have never had a worse experience in my life. I couldn’t even get my nails done anywhere else because he had grinded them so thin they rip off like paper and im in intense pain. When I had twittered about his horrible work TWO OTHER GIRLS SAID HE HAD DONE THE SAME EXACT THING! One girl even said SHE HAD MULTIPLE CUTICLE INFECTIONS FROM GOING TO HIM AND SHE LIKE ME HAD NO NAILS BECAUSE OF HIM. He’s really going to bring the place down and elite nails has definetly lost me, my friends and all my family and facebook friends business. What a shame.

I have been going to Elite Spa and Nails every 2 – 3 weeks for the past year. Each time I go, I spend $ 40-​$ 60 and add a 20% tip every time regardless of service. The last time I was there, it took over 2 hours to get a polish change on my toes and gel manicure. After both were done, it looked like my 4 year old had done my nails– very sloppy. In addition, the techs were very rude.
Today I went back and although my nails look decent enough, the nail tech seemed annoyed at having to do my nails. This is a service industry… I wish the owner would explain to everyone how customer service works. I felt like the tech was waiting for me to say I’m sorry I «inconvenienced» you by getting my nails done. At the end, I had a blob of nail polish on my finger. I asked the tech to take it off. She refused and said it would come off later in the day after washing my hands. Um, ok?!? I wish I could give this place a better rating but consistent rude service is unacceptable!

I got the Milk and Honey pedicure and solar pink and white pedicure. The girls were amazing! They gave us drinks and promptly sat my party of four (turned into 5) without reservations! My nails look amazing and I couldn’t be happier! I spent two and a half hours getting pampered and my bill was only $ 90. I will definitely be back!

Okey so I had never had long nails before and So I went here because well, it was close haha.
I went yesterday and got these awesome black stiletto nails in matte black. The tech who did them, Katie, did a great job!
Unfortunately never having long nails before, I could not remove my contacts or do everyday tasks.
So I came in today to get them taken off.
I was seated right away with I believe Victoria?
Any ways, she took her time soaking and buzzing everything off. I was afraid my nails were going to be filed down to paper thin, but she didn’t even touch the real nail so they stayed as thick as they were before. Then I ended up getting the dip nail manicure without tips, I am so pleased!

They offer free wifi and I love that I can always get seated right away. It’s quick service so I can usually fit in a gel mani during lunch time! If you’re looking for good and fast service make sure you check out Elite Spa in the Highlands!

My go to spot– ask for Rose to get your feet right for summer.
Its a large salon– so I worried about being pumped out assembly line style when I first started, but on the contrary I have never been rushed out unless I told them I was on a time limit.
They have a large carousel of colors, and they carry three different brands of gel polish– I’ve never seen a salon with such a wide selection. They have a really good selection of pedicure options too– the sun kissed is my favorite. You get the soak, cuticle care, scrub up to the knees, mud mask, hot stone rub, lotion and polish with the deluxe pedi at $ 30 and it takes around 40 minutes. They also have more extensive ones with longer massage and paraffin dips included.
Its turns into a mad house after 5 and on the weekends– try and come early or make an appointment. The guy that runs the front is hilarious– and he’s the one that always answers the phone.

Location Looks nice & upscale. The nail techs are friendly. I prefer to get my nails done by the guy Huy. He’s very gentle.
Came in 15 minutes to close one night, and was pleasantly served. They provide water or wine to help with the relaxing. I love how they color coordinate with their clothing or smocks– very professional. This day that I went in, they were bringing in food to have a party after closing to celebrate the Chinese New Year and offered food and wine to all patrons. That was nice of them.
I dont ry care to get my brows waxed Here though. They have been an epic fail every time. I’ll stick to Mary at Magic Nails for that.

Elite Spa is huge. I felt welcomed the moment I stepped foot through the door. I was offered food, dessert and drinks.
The basic mani and pedi runs at $ 40 together for roughly 40 minutes. I did get cut as she was trimming my cuticles. The massage chair kneaded the knots in my back.
Overall pleased with the experience and would def come back again.

I like the layout of this salon. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was able to show up an hour early for my appt and get a chair right away. I had a milk and honey pedicure and a gel mani and both still look great 5 days later. Everything used on me came from a sealed package, or I wouldn’t have let someone use it on me! A few other reviews talk about that. Gross. I would totally come back for another hot lady date with Heather! Thanks for recommending this place :)

Note: new owner as of about a year and a half ago, so the place is a lot nicer. It looks pretty clean and more professional now. We were greeted right when we walked in. Everyone has name tags and a uniform. Looking at some of the old pictures that were posted of Elite Spa with the previous owner, this place has come a long way.
I don’t normally get my nails done, but I took my mom out to get pampered, and she insisted that I get at least my nails done. I had a pleasant experience though, and they did a wonderful job. I forgot who took care of me, but my mom had Elaine if I’m not mistaken. I just got a normal manicure and the color lasted longer than I thought it would. It’s been over a week now, and my fingers still look nice. My mom got gel nails, and hers look like she just got them done. My mom actually broke one of here nails previously, and to make her finger nails look even, they did some neat thing and now you’d never guess that my mom ever broke her nail! I personally can’t even tell which nail she broke. They did a great job. They even pulled tools out of a sanitary package, with was very reassuring.
I never felt like they were rushing and gave our hands and arms a nice little massage. It’s a pretty big place with plenty of ladies ready to take care of you, so I did not have to wait even though it was pretty busy. They offer you a small bottled water, too if you’re having a longer treatment done.
The only slightly negative thing that I would comment on is the fact that I did see one or two of the ladies lounging on the spa chairs while they were not working, but honestly this doesn’t bother me. I only mention it because I know it might bother others.
Over all, it was clean, and they did a wonderful job. I would come back again and take my sister.
