I consider myself a really kind and patient person but I absolutely do not trust these people. I tried to cancel getting my computer diagnosed/​examined here but was informed I was still required to pay fifty dollars for their time (when clearly a day hasnt even gone by) and im positive they do not even know what’s wrong with my computer. They do not have much expertise with macbooks and sounded very unsure. not worth it and unprofessional. Their only concern is making money.

Way overpriced. Charged for a diagnostic when it was obvious what the problen was with my pc. Overcharged for replacement parts and they took a very long time to fix it. I had to keep calling them to get me updates on their progress. Plz do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I took my laptop computer in because of 2 issues. I specifically told them when I dropped it off to not fix it without my go ahead after I hear what is wrong. They call me the next day and tell me how much it is going to coat to fix it. I tell them I have to call my husband. After talking to my husband that night I go to pick up the computer the next day because it would not be worth getting it fixed because it’s so old. We figured we would buy a new one however, they had fixed it and tried to charge me we’ll over a hundred bucks. When asked why they fixed it they said that he thought I said he could fix it. I had to wait a month before I could afford the bill to get my computer, with thousands of family pics on it, back. They have me a discount and apologized and claimed they also cleaned it up for me, but when I picked it up the guy had no idea about what was going on and gave me the wrong invoice. I have an invoice for a Patricia. Lol. On top of all that my computer is still not fixed!!! Waste of time and money. They also forgot their cd in my computer… Unprofessional.

I took my laptop in because my laptop’s fan was making noise and the laptop was heating up. They charged diagnostic fee and told me fan needed replacement. I took it home and opened it up, only to find out that they never even opened it, because the fan and heat sink were completely clogged with dirt, removing which resolved the issue.
