I have really enjoyed going to this dentist office. Let’s face it… the dentist sucks. I always see Tammy for my cleanings and she is always warm and friendly. She always makes the whole «sucky dentist appointment» less sucky. Dr. Mercer is always personable and fun. Lastly, I want to acknowledge Billy, in their admin department. She always recogNizes me by name and asks me about myself. It’s a vey nice touch. I live in downtown Dallas and drive to Arlington for the excellent care and customer service I receive

A visit to the dentist cannot be considered fun, but you make as pleasant as possible.

Dr. Saunders has been my family dentist for years and years and years (well, you get the idea). He and his office staff are very professional and friendly and I have nothing to complain about, which is good for me, but doesn’t give me anything very funny to review about.
So, seriously, if you need dental work, this is the place to go. Better yet, go here to get your teeth cleaned and fixed up, so you DON’T EVER NEED to get your drilled on. Dee will fix you up in about 45 minutes and you can look at your teeth and x-​rays on a TV screen suspended right in front of your face.
I had a crown made in the office on a machine that produced it while I waited. Next thing you know, they’ve have drive-​through fillings. (Just kidding, but if they ever do come up with that technology, Dr. Saunders will probably be the first to have it. They always seem to have the latest dental stuff around).
They tell me they work with about every PPO dental insurance, but you can call first do see if they handle yours. If you need any other references, just drop me an email.
