History

Established in 2014.

The Flight Deck Trampoline Park opened in May 2014 and has already served tens of thousands of toddlers, teens and adults who love to jump on wall to wall trampolines.

We are currently building our network of elementary, junior high and school principals, field trip planners and church youth directors. We’d love to connect with your kids and help kids fight childhood obesity, the fun way!

Our theme parks provide an adult-​supervised, family-​oriented environment where kids, teens, parents and large groups of up to 350+ people can enjoy jumping on wall-​to-​wall trampolines in a huge open jump court, playing on competitive dodgeball courts, slam dunking on basketball lanes and bouncing down three runways that allow customers to fly into a soft foam pit filled with 10,000 square cubes.

After jumping for an hour or two (burning up to 1,000 calories per hour), most guests like to sit down in our Cool Zone Frozen Yogurt Desert Restaurant.

Had a birthday party here for our 4y/​o toddler and I must say, THEY NAILED IT! Our hostess, Alexis, welcomed every one of our guests (20kids plus parents), had a place for gifts and shoes. Organized the party in a manner that the toddlers were served their pizza, then cake and back to jumping without skipping a beat. Price was great. Facility was clean and well maintained. The person keeping the kids safe during our private dodgeball session actually got down on his hands and knees to engage the kids in play. HUGE bonus to find staff that enjoy their job enough to engage with kids under 4ft while being respectful to the parents. Very impressed! Will definitely be going back.

Kids had a great time. The place is clean and well kept. We arrived at 3:35 to jump, checking and payment was piece of cake. Their were two other families here, only four or five other kids.
Her is where I am concerned and disappointed. When we came into the jumping are there was a staff member present, this is a good thing. However within about 5 minutes he was joined by two other staff members and NONE of them had their eyes on the kids. With in three minutes all three staff staff members then left the bounce area. Their was 5 people on staff and no one was in the bounce area for nearly 15 minutes. I know we sign waivers, and yes, I supervise my child… But, shouldn’t there be at least one staff member in the bounce area at all times? It is not my job to ensure other people’s children obey the posted rules. It is the «flight controllers», that is what they are being paid to do, not chit chat and eat frozen yogurt. This is the first time this has happened in the few times we have been here; I hope this is a one time occurrence.

I have to say I had a wonderful experience here for my son’s 10th birthday party. Truly because I had the best hostess imaginable. The place was mad packed and running behind, but our hostess Siomara, was so calm and collected and very helpful where/​whenever she could be. I do not know that the experience would have been as awesome if she would have been just some employee that could care less about the family celebrating a party for a 10 year old. I wish I could have tipped her more. My party kids ranged from 3 to 13 years old and every single person had a great time. I will recommend. But probably not on a saturday…

What a fun place. My daughter had her 10th birthday party here. Just a quick 20 minutes up 20W it’s conveniently located off the highway with plenty of parking. I was impressed with how clean the trampoline area was. Kids were jumping and having a good time. Even dodge ball games. The system to check in was easy and for my daughters guest to get a band to join the party.
We had an attendent assigned to us and they set up everything for us. I just had to being the cake. Our attendant was very attentive to my needs and made sure I had everything I needed for the guest and more importantly the birthday girl. The party enjoyed pizza and they each received a bottle of water. The cost is comparable to other places.
I would highly recommend anyone having a party here. Enjoy.

If you are thinking of having a private birthday party or event — forget it. They charge over $ 1,500 to rent the space. Save your money– go to a super fun skating rink! These places are NOT reasonably priced. I even asked if I booked after hours would it be cheaper… that way they can still keep their doors open and make their money yet they still want fifteen hundred dollars for one hour party of ADULTS! Surly we will be more responsible than kids (my sarcastic voice) Not worth it. They charge per hour and per each jumper. We were trying to book an adult birthday party for veterans and first responders. We want a private space. This place offers no discount to police, fire, military… no respect to our first responders.

I loved being able to run on top of all the trampolines, jump as high as I could, jump onto the walls and just have a blast while music was bumpin! Everyone was smiling and having a great time here – and it is quite the fun workout!
I’m definitely going to throw a kid’s bday party here next time: D

Great place for kids! I have a an 8 yr old and a 3 yr old. Both kids have fun. I like that they offer work out classes also. It’s fun for adults too althoughi just like to watch. Highly recommended.

We held our granddaughter’s 6th Birthday Party at the Arlington location and she and her friends had a ball! The hostess set up everything! And stayed with us to serve. I am about to take my granddaughter there in an hour to play since she is out of school. She absolutely loves this place! Thanks for providing a great place for kids to have fun!

We had our son’s third birthday party here. The party hostess was fabulous as were the rest of the staff. Our guy is young so he and his friends tired out quickly and they moved our «party» to accommodate us. We were happy with the cost but the day was ruined when we went out to our car and discovered my niece’s car had been broken in to. Seriously??? During the middle of the day??? We ran in to ask of their surveillance cameras could help. They have none!!! We were informed that this is a common problem here and we want to encourage others to also ask management why they can’t help the citizens of Arlington by putting up cameras! We spend plenty of money with them and we all know this is a huge deterrent to petty crimes that wind up making a wonderful time very sad!

We had a snow day and thought this would be fun. Took my 8 year old here to be surprised that teenagers are allowed to bully the smaller kids and the under staffing is crazy. The staff they did have could only stand around and chat among themselves. Don’t let the welcome at the door fool you. Management could only say «we will talk to the staff in the next meeting». SORRY!!! That’s unacceptable! I would suggest to keep APD on speed dial as this establishment is NOT for smaller kids.

This place is great! It’s a little bit of a drive from our house but is so worth it. We love to bring the kids for open jump 10am-​12pm they can bounce, jump, and play for two hours straight. They have an open jump area, basketball, dodgeball, and a foam pit. It’s a great break for both kids and parents. Although I get suckered into jumping with the kiddos…(exercise :/​) **great for winter break Especially when the weather is nasty and they have been trapped inside the house. (***great way to wear them out for a nap***)

We had a birthday party here for my youngest son, and it started out great — the kids started jumping & running around, they jumped in on some open games of dodgeball, and they were having a blast. Then, about 45 minutes before our party was due to end, I realized that our party hadn’t been called for their private dodgeball game, nor had we been called for our party table. I went and spoke with the Birthday Check-​In crew, who said they would look into it. I went back & sat down, and about 20 minutes later, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I went and asked for a manager. I don’t know the name of the manager that I spoke to, but he was very nice as he asked me to wait while he checked on what was going on. He came back & informed me the party hostess that was assigned to our party hadn’t shown up for work, he apologized profusely, and he said that he would get us into a private game of dodgeball while he had another hostess set up our tables. He also guaranteed me that he would take care of everything.
Sure enough, a few minutes later, our party was called for their private game of dodgeball, and when that was finished, our tables were ready for us. Though our party was supposed to end at 2:45, they let us have as much time as we needed to finish pizza, cake, presents, and the FREE frozen yogurt that the manager had added to our party.
When I went to check out, I found that the manager had comped our ENTIRE party. I insisted that that was way too much — that the kids had had a GREAT time, and that it wasn’t all that big of a deal that things were mishandled at first — but he insisted that he make up for the mistake.
So, even though there was a little mismanagement and lack of communication with the staff, we walked out of there with happy kids, happy parents, not having to pay a thing (aside from leaving a tip for our great hostess), and wowed at the customer service that we received.
According to an attending parent, this location is much nicer than the Fort Worth location — it’s got 2 dodgeball courts, a huge jump area, 2 basketball hoops, and a cool party room!
WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

This place is so poorly run, I’d give it zero stars if it weren’t for the fact that it’s a trampoline park, for Pete’s sake! We went for a birthday party a couple of weeks ago and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I feel so bad for the birthday kid’s parents! I know they regretted spending their hard earned money here. 1) Let’s start with the fact that their website and the staff that scheduled the party gave out bad directions. The address they gave took guests to the wrong place AND THE MANAGEMENT knows very well that it’s wrong. They admitted it to us when we finally made it there. They know it’s wrong and they HAVEN’T fixed it. NEWSFLASH: it’s 2014. Most ten year olds can work Google Maps. Fix it. Or at the very least warn your customers about it! 2) They attempted to fix this by adding extra time for guests to play. Which would have been great had the place not been so packed, they fell behind on the parties. So basically the way it works here is that every party eats in the same room roughly the size of my living room, with 1 – 2 tables reserved for each party. Pizza and water is brought in and slapped on party plates in front of the kids and snatched up so fast, the last crumb hasn’t even hit the kid’s plate before it’s gone. Then 5 or so teenaged employees come out and sing Happy Birthday and slice the cake lightning fast, and again pick up plates and clean up remarkably quickly. The whole thing must have taken maybe 15 – 20 minutes. 3) Did I mention, some of the pizzas for our party were «missing» and didn’t show up until after the party ended? 4) All of the employees with the exception of the manager are teenagers. This means there is very little, if any, effective supervision for the hundred or so kids in the open trampoline areas (lawsuit, anyone?). The kids working the reception area and birthday party area were very friendly, and in my opinion were the only good ones here. 5) However, the teen girls working the yogurt counter looked like they hated their job and snapped at my kids «what do you want?» when they asked about the free yogurt coupon they got at the party. By the way, just slapping «free 6 oz yogurt» on a card is crappy when none of your cups are that size. I’m assuming they know everyone will go over that amount and pay the difference. Figures.
Bottom line: Save your money and your sanity! There are much better, friendlier, and safer (very little supervision) places to take your kids!
