The best, fresh Chinese food and sushi! I am never disappointed here and great service too! When I’m at work craving I also order delivery. The best!

The food here is amazing and always fresh. Best crab rangoons and fried rice I’ve ever tasted. I usually go with the Chinese lunch specials but it’s great to be able to order sushi if that’s what you’re in the mood for. Michael is the best he makes great reasonably-priced drinks and he’s very friendly, as is the rest of the staff. The bar is small and intimate. A great place to meet people. I only wish that they would add some tap lines for draught beer; a nice IPA would be perfect.

Good food. Reasonable prices. We come here all the time with the kids. The ravs and scallion pancakes are especially good.

Very unfriendly to singles, even when 90% of the tables are empty. They will seat you at the worst table in the place(out of sight?), and argue with you if you ask for a nicer table. The lunch specials are good. I’ve visited at least 6 times in the past few months, and every single time, the restaurant has been mostly empty but I’ve still felt very unwelcome as a single diner.

Located in the very heart of Arlington. This place has really delicious sushi, the menu is great. And very welcoming cozy interior. Coming back soon!

I went the week before Christmas. The food was nothing special. The scallion pancakes were over cooked. The hot and sour soup was yummy. There are many other places similar within walking distance. I felt bad for the waitress. There was one waitress for the entire restaurant. The hostess was busy texting on her phone instead of trying to help the one waitress out. The bar tender, which was the owner was busy bar tending and tried to help the waitress out when he could. Once they fix the staffing issue I would definitely return. The waitress did an amazing job!

We went on Christmas eve and the staff will ill-prepared for the number of customers. As usual the food was excellent but the service was lacking.

The food was probably a 3 star but the service was the worst I have to get had. We had a party of 8 ppl and we got feed up after being there for 2 hours and canceled half of our main course and left. I will not be back.

I placed an order online last night around 630. At about 7 I realized I didn’t look and see when it would be delivered. So I called and asked. Without asking for my name or address, I was told that they had two drivers on last night and it would be there in 5 – 10 minutes. 15 minutes later I called again. This time she actually asked for my name and address. She checked and said the order was on its way and should be there in about 5 minutes. Another 15 minutes later, I called again and she said she would call the driver… Then he showed up. If they said when I ordered that it would be an hour, that would have been fine. But the aggravation and wrong information I was given was just a pain in the a$$. And the food was okay, not great. Egg rolls pretty good, General Gaus Chicken okay, Hot and Sour Soup — thin and watery. The other dish, that I can’t remember the name(beef with onions and peppers) was just blah. Thin, bland.

The food was fine. My ordering experience was fine. The delivery guy? AWFUL. He didn’t call to say he was here(I have a note in for that because it’s just a lot easier). Instead he takes it upon himself to disturb my downstairs neighbor. Finally he decides to call and tell me he’s there — and to complain about how he was waiting for more then 5 minutes and it was all my fault and he shouldn’t have waited. I just said I was coming down and hung up. When I got the food from him he rudely commented the whole time treating me like I was the biggest nuisance of his day. That’s the last time I order from them.

You had me at crab rangoon. I am a regular at this low-key, casual restaurant offering a blend of Chinese and Japanese cuisine, hence the name Fusion, and possibly the best crab rangoons I have ever eaten. Located in Arlington Center, Fusion is a hidden gem tucked away near the main Arlington Fire Department. My friends and I discovered it several years ago and it has been our go– to place when the Chinese food craving strikes. Yes, I do realize most American– style Chinese food is pretty average, however some restaurants do prepare this standard fare better than others. Fusion is definitely worthy of four stars in the food and service department. They offer an extensive menu including the usual American– Chinese appetizers(chicken fingers, steak teriyaki, boneless ribs, etc.) and many vegetable, chicken, seafood, and beef dishes. Japanese inspired dishes compliment the menu with veggie tempura, edamame, gyoza, and of course the amazing sushi. The service at Fusion is friendly and we usually see the same familiar, smiling faces on each visit. Fusion has a large bar with TVs so it is a great option to catch a game with friends while enjoying a couple of Mai Tais. The atmosphere is no-frills, yet cozy with plenty of tables to accomodate during busy dinner hours. I have also taken advantage of the delivery service on lazy nights at home and find it fast and reliable. A couple years ago I decided to give sushi a try. Fusion was actually the very first place I tried the Japanese specialty and I was instantly hooked. A friend, who was already a sushi expert, ordered us the Love Boat for my first sushi experience. I watched in amazement as the large, wooden boat piled with sushi rolls and sashimi pieces was delivered to our table. The sushi menu carries a large selection of rolls available separately or in combo platters to share amongst friends. This weekend I tried the Christmas Maki and the spicy Kiss the Fire — both excellent. I also really enjoy the Snow Mountain Maki consisting of shrimp tempura and crab meat. Whether you are in it for the Chinese or Sushi, Fusion is sure to please. Don’t forget to order the Crab Rangoons!

The food is fine — nothing special but the reason for the bad review: We usually do delivery with them. They don’t always get our order right and their delivery guy is for lack of better words– an absolute %#*£ Every time he comes over he’s just awful and rude.

Went there for dinner. Service was slow. We got there ten minutes before the table next to us filled, yet the table next us had their orders taken first. They had their drinks before someone finally walked over to us. Aside from the mama’s dumplings, the food was nothing special. Thought it was kind of bland, which was disappointing. Food did arrive quickly though. It took several minutes before someone came to see if we wanted our check, and then another several minutes for it to actually arrive. I searched through my bag for cash because I figured it was going to take quite a long time for them to get my credit card and return it to me. I did watch the table next to us receive great service. They were joking with those patrons, suggesting dishes, and were prompt to bring them more food and drinks in the evening. We almost left because it took so long for someone to take our orders. I kind of wished we had.

I don’t really get the negative reviews. I definitely don’t understand the animosity towards the delivery guy. I’ve ordered food online maybe 25 times and never once has my order been wrong. The guy hands me my food. Never had a problem. Maybe some of these reviewers are ordering over the phone. Or feel they are entitled to speak negatively about people if they didn’t get their way. Anyhow, we devour this food every time. That tells me it’s good. The only downside is they don’t have any deserts or good drinks(at least for delivery).

This place is totally good as far as a Chinese — Japanese fusion goes! My boyfriend and I order from here frequently and have dinned in once… for a few reasons. The first being that we LOVE coupons, and fusion taste is always giving us some kind of discount. *hearts* thanks fusion taste! Another reason is that I LOVE sushi, and my boyfriend doesn’t, so this is a really fantastic place for a compromise. Conveniently located in Arlington, it’s only a short venture away from our home. Delivery, however, is slow and I have gotten food fairly cold. Regardless, I have been overall satisfied with my sushi. Chinese can be a little greasy, but so delicious. Weird service when we have dined in, too. Just weird service in general. Definitely not a bad *fusion* meal. We will order again… and again… and again!

I went there for lunch on a Monday, the place was pretty empty. The staff was very attentive. We ordered 2 bento boxes and the Phoenix Maki, a special roll. The special roll came out right after our miso soup and is was great. It had almost a grilled taste to the roll. I would order it again. The bento box was pretty standard. The portions were are good size. You are able to choose the main course, I went with beef teriyaki. The issue I had with the bento box was the lack of selection for the sushi rolls that come with it. The box comes standard with what appears to be an all avocado California roll, usually you can at least choose spicy tuna. All and all I would eat here again ordering more rolls, but I would not go out of my way to come here.

Generally, I’m not a big fan of places that combine different types of Asian foods. But, I have to say that Fusion Taste does a pretty great job, which was to my surprise. My friends and I were both quite hungry and ordered a good amount of food. They definitely do not skimp on quantity of food. We got the Elyse Special Maki roll, which consisted of spicy cooked scallops, king crabmeat and topped off with yellow tail. I was expecting that because there was cooked scallops, the sushi would be a warm sushi roll but too my surprise, it was cold because of the yellowtail. I wasn’t a particular fan but I think in part because I was expecting something warm. We also got the Caterpiller Roll and avocado rolls. Both were delicious and pretty standard rolls. Price was definitely reasonable. We also got an order from the Chinese menu since my friend and I wanted something to fill us up more than the sushi and we ordered the Sauteed Vegetables with Bean Curd. My friend wanted it to be spicy so we asked the waitress if she could accommodate and they did so without any problems. The dish was to my surprise, very delicious especially for a restaurant trying to do both Chinese and Japanese flare. The service was great and friendly. The prices were reasonable. For those interested, there are often great groupon deals to Fusion Taste so you should take advantage. This is a great restaurant if you find yourself in Arlington Center!
