As of 02/​28/​2015 Dr. Nathan Darwin Hale MD is no longer practicing for his West Park Clinic after 40+ years. Per his letter and notice to his patients his illness (unknown) has forced him to retire.
At his request all medical records are located at Arlington Internal Medical Group, #817−417−9334 or 817−417−9339 (Fax Request). Referral doctors, David Lee, Colleen Sam MD’s and MaryAnn Efesoa NP.
It totally saddens me to have heard and read of Dr. Hale leaving practice.
Having worked for 9 major doctors in a Arlington clinic and choosing him as me and my son doctor for over 25 years its like having a family member go away and never coming back. He was such a warm and caring doctor.
My last visit in Oct. 2014 I joking teased him about not aging and needed him to stay around for the final rights of passing for me. *Lol*
I’m gonna miss him, Karen, Margaret, Carmen and even though I only saw Dr. Cherry once or twice the whole staff will be remembered as my #LifeStyle Fam… *Tears*
