Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Average price, decent massage… Terrible Managment! You’ll probably spend time finding a good massage therapist here. Those trips will be all but wasted time and money! You might find it hard to book with the ones that have clientele already. Decent is the best you could hope for at this location. Just average nothing better and this is my opinion after having gone five times with a different masseuse each time. I will say the only good session was with Tiffany. The feeling that sticks with me most was the terrible management, or lack there of, from the individual named Sapphire. The management here is absolutely the worst. Honestly about the worst customer service you could expect and even then you’ll be surprised. Also, I will add You’re supposed to get a free 10 minute facial or aromatherapy with your first visit when you sign for the monthly contract. The therapist mentioned this on my first visit and I requested the 10 min. facial massage. Never happened. Do not get in a contract and do yourself a favor go to the South location you’ll have far better chances and likely a better experience.

I got a massage and a facial and both were great! It was so relaxing and refreshing! If I lived closer I would defiantly be getting a monthly membership! Try it out! It is the best!

I had an hour massage here yesterday. It was one of the best massages I have ever had and I frequently go to spas. It’s a beautiful nicely decorated clean-​smelling spa, and the people who work here seem happy. They are friendly and comforting as soon as you walk in the door. My masseuse was very strong and it was an amazing massage that was well– needed. She took care of all of my tension points and the products used were also comforting. Excellent for the price and of course I tipped the masseuse-​her name was Tiffany. I don’t see any reason to go anywhere else so I am a member now.

Reason I’m giving threes stars is due to the rude employee that came in while we were waiting for our appointment and berated the receptionist about giving her a cold stone (she was to be giving us one) she was very rude, and unprofessional. We asked if we could get a different masseuse, because who wants to get a massage from someone so rude and clearly didn’t want to do it. The receptionist was very helpful and found us someone who was glad to service us. La and the receptionist were amazing in accommodating us and. Making sure we had an amazing experience. Just because of those two I decided to become a member. They were awesome.

Never go here the customer service is unreal in how inexperience they are. The stones were not hot — after I was scheduled the day before and had a service before the massage no reason for the stone not being ready. I was moved to another room with hot stones… got to room staff making bed room not ready… not busy not sure why the room was not ready. The tech was horrible… bed side manner the worst ever… The tech are not upscale

I had my first visit today to this spa. I called at 11:00 and was in by 12:00! Wonderful staff and great massage by Bianca! I really enjoyed myself and fell very relaxed and refreshed. I will be returning. Another thing I liked was they offer you the wellness package but they don’t pressure you into buying. Great experience!

I have visited this location twice now and each time gets better and better. As a result I joined their monthly membership. Tiffany and Shea are fantastic! All the staff are friendly, helpful and smiling all the time. My questions were answered with expertise and I enjoyed my massage, facial and foot treatment. I can’t wait until my next appointment!

This place is great! I had my first massage here about three months ago. It was a couples massage. I find this place to be very relaxing. I recently became a member due to the level of satisfaction. The staff is very friendly! I haven’t met one person who was even slightly rude. So far I’ve had a couples massage, two individual massage, a peppermint scalp massage, and a facial. Every experience has been phenomenal. I appreciate consistency, and I think this place provides it. I have only tried the Arlington location so far. I like that they always offer tea at the beginning and water at the end, and they explain the process to anyone who might have questions. They have good parking options and convenient availability.

It was an awesome experience from the moment I walked in. The staff was super friendly. I had camela or something spelled close to that. She applied the perfect amount of pressure. Overall a+ visit.

Clean place, nice staff but I asked for a light massage and I ended up bruised and had to go to the doctor because I thought I had nerve damage in one of my legs. I would say if you like a really deep tissue massage then by all means go to this place. If not then steer clear because I have a feeling that is all that they are able to do based on some of the folks I have spoken with regarding their experiences when visiting Hand & Stone.

Nice place, friendly staff and very accommodating. I was running 5 minutes late and called to let them know, after my 2 hour massage I was very surprised to find it was 10 minutes later than I though it would be. The gave me the extra time for my tardiness (which I did not expect) plus the time it look me to get on the table. Was very impressed by the professionalism everyone had to offer, going above and beyond.

Tiffany is Amazing! The best massage I’ve ever had! Go see her! Prefect ambiance, nice large room, light, great music, very quiet, exceptional all the way around!

My sisters are members of this establishment. The monthly fee basically gives you one massage a month and get discounts for the next ones within the same month. Getting an appointment for a Saturday was easy. I was hoping the three of us could be in the same room but they did not have a room that accommodated three people. I had a full body massage with peppermint scalp massage. My masseuse was Camara. I was pleased with the service but can definitely say I had better massages. I did have worse ones too so I’m not complaining. I love the heated tables. The lights can be dimmed to your comfort and the room quiet. My sisters reported having great massages as well so overall, 5 stars. The front desk personnel were very friendly and professional. Place is clean. I would come back.
