Long story short: if you respect yourself and value your time you will seek another doctor. SIUSTEDNECESITAUNDOCTORQUEHABLAESPAÑOL, LEIMPLOROBUSQUE A OTRO. ESTEDOCTORESIRRESPONSABLE Y GROSERO. 0⁄5 stars My father went in for appointments in May, July, August, and September of this year. The doctor kept the delaying the procedure my father needed; the reason why is still unclear. Because of these delays he ate through my father’s insurance deductible. The offices were unsanitary and the staff had a bad attitude. For every appointment my father had he arrived 15 – 20 minutes early only to be seen after an hour of waiting. During the appointments, my father waited most of the time only to see the doctor briefly, who refused to make eye contact or be attentive, always staring at his laptop. Not only that, he was arrogant by continually telling my father that he was«doing him a favor.» As if. When my father FINALLY had his procedure done he was treated infuriatingly. His procedure required that some sort of sample be retrieved from his neck muscles. This procedure consisted of having a large needle inserted into his neck and was very painful so anaesthetics needed to be administered. However, these anaesthetics only last half an hour and my father was forced to wait an hour after receiving the anaesthetics. He tried to let the doctor know about this to no avail. Needless to say, the procedure was VERY painful and costly for him. He had to take days off work because he was in so much pain. I am very upset at this pointless medical malpractice. The miserable cherry on top is that the result came back inconclusive because, according to the office, «the sample retrieved was not enough.» My father came back for another appointment where he was told the painful procedure would need to be repeated. In utter disbelief and fed up, my father walked out and took his medical records with him. Now he’s being helped by another doctor and he’s very satisfied.

If you value your time, do not select Dr. Hartman for a doctor. On Nov. 3, I arrived at 1:45 for a 2:00 appointment. At 3:15, I asked how much longer they thought the wait would be. They said at least 30 minutes before I was«called back» and that once I was in the exam room, there would be 3 other patients ahead of me(they have 4 exam rooms) so probably another 30 minutes after that. So … possibly it would be 4:15 before I saw the doctor for a 2:00 appointment. Because I use a transportation service, I could not hang around that long, as I would have no way to get home. So I rescheduled, but was told to expect a similar wait at any future appointments, because they«always fill their schedule» and it is normal to have to wait. No. It is not. What it is, is unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will choose a different doctor.
