History

Established in 2007.

Infinity Home Inspections is owned and operated by Matt Cordio, TREC Professional Inspector #9871. Before becoming a licensed home inspector, I was a General Contractor for several years. My company specialized in rehabilitating foreclosed properties for various banks, real estate agents, and investors in the area. We also bought, repaired, and sold properties of our own. For well over a decade, it has been my job to know what is wrong with a house and what it will take to fix it. In that time I have performed literally thousands of inspections, renovations, and remodels.

Matt is amazing! He was very informative through the whole process as well as honest about everything. He have me pointers on what to do and ask for as well as information on how to work something I previously had no knowledge on. He was done on time and even had the full 27 page report done and emailed to me with photos less than 5 hours later. He’s extremely reasonably priced, the best I found in the area, and was a very pleasant to work with. This is my first home purchase and he reassured me and helped me in ways I didn’t expect. I can’t say enough good things about my experience!
